Tshirts für JGA bestellt, leider 2 Tage zu spät angekommen. Trotzdem war der Support per Mail schnell zu erreichen und wir haben uns freundlich geeinigt. Die Qualität der Tshirts ist gut. Würde hier auf jeden Fall wiederbestellen

I ordered and never received my 100EUR order. No email confirmation, no refund. Now, it is impossible to get through to them. I would have put 0 stars if I could.

I would give negative stars if possible. I never received my order, I sent multiple emails, tried to contact through facebook and instagram, and I haven't received an answer. They scammed me.

Finger weg. Leider musste ich schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Anbieter sammeln. Auszahlungen finden nicht statt und der Support antwortet nicht mehr. Ich war mehrere Wochen geduldig und suchte immer wieder den Kontakt. Hier sollte der Verbraucherschutz informiert werden, da Geld einfach einbehalten wird. Es ist eine Zumutung solch einen Support anzubieten. Auf das Geld warte ich bis heute.

Een sample besteld maar tot op heden nog niks binnen gekregen. Onderhand al 3.5 weken onderweg en geen enkele communicatie. E-mail gestuurd, livechat bericht verstuurd en een whatsapp, maar geen gehoor. Reageert nergens op, en zit nog steeds te wachten op de sample waar we voor hebben betaald.

I had some delivery problems but really fast communication and my order still arrived on time :).

Shirt besteld, meerdere keren gemaild en gebeld, maar geen gehoor. Tijdens vakantie support personeel afwezig en via de website chat reageert niemand. Ordergegevens staan nog altijd op 'manual processing', geen info over besteltijd en levering na twee weken nog altijd niet binnen.

Max and Chris were not good to deal with. Order was delayed and poor quality. Do not order from this site!!

I recently purchased a t-shirt from Drop Shirt and I'm absolutely impressed! The fit is perfect, the fabric quality is top-notch, and the colors are vibrant. I love that they produce it sustainably and under fair conditions, which adds so much value to the product. Highly recommend! 👌

We had a bad experience with another supplier so with a bit of searching we ended up with Dropshirt. From the start Matt and Chris were very friendly and really helped us with the process. The process didn't go flawlessly because of some design issues but Matt and Chris offered us help in fixing it and in the end we are very satisfied with the end result!

If you're thinking about contacting these guys for a potential partnership, I would highly recommend them :)

Waardeloos! Reageren nergens op, leveren verkeerde kwaliteit, krijg nog steeds geld van ze, zeer onklantvriendelijk. Je moet het zelf allemaal uitzoeken bij ze. Bestel hier nooit weer.

I have made 2 sample orders and all i can say i that these guys are absolutely amazing! they are extremely kind, relient, and serious people. I am going to start working with them soon with my ecommerce.

The dropshirt team were super helpful, we had some delays and learnings on both sides but Dropshirt were quick to resolve issues and were very responsive.
The hoodies are excellent quality, we are very happy with our order.

My experience with Dropshirt is just fantastic, I ordered some samples and the quality was excellent, the printing quality was great and the embroidery too! Waiting time was about 5 days to 7 days which is also short for samples. The customer service is also top notch, if there is anything you can always reach them and they will look for a solution together with you.

I would say on to a long and successful partnership! 🥂

I've been working with Dropshirt as a POD provider for almost a year. They do have great quality and I love sustainable packaging, but production time is always too long. I think the reason for that is that they're not stocking any inventory. I've ordered a T-shirt 12 days ago and it's still in production whereas I chose an option for it to be made in 3-5 working days.

Great service, quick and superb quality!
