Horrible customer service and product. They shipped a used one to my home. Disgusting

Dr pen offer great products but delivery is ridiculously slow every single time I’ve ordered …. I think I’ll be finding a new supplier now unfortunately ( ordered Wednesday and the product hasn’t even been dispatched. It’s now Saturday )

I ordered cartridges from the dr pen website last night. They sent an email confirmation. This morning, there is no email. It magically disappeared from my inbox. I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed. I’ll update to let you know.

Bought a derma stamp and it was $40 + $10 for shipping. when I received it, it was in different packaging and turns out it was a generic one I could’ve gotten local for $13, apparently they have a 30 day money back guarantee and when I requested a refund turns out they have a 20% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back to them, complete scam, drop shipping businesses are a cancer

Scam. Do not buy from their website. They sell fake Dr. Pens and are impersonating the legitimate source.

Unfortunately is not possible to give 0 starts. It is a scam company! Stay away and save your money! They are misleading in the information provided on the website. Their policy doesn't make any sense according to the descriptions they have on the website for the products. They replaced the product I ordered with other one without my consent. I wanted to return the products I ordered the next day I received them, and they didn't allow me to do that, when emailing them, then suddenly I received a bounce from the mailing system that my email was classified as spam. When Returned the product exercising my 30 days return customer rights, they refused the parcel.

Review:
I ordered a microneedling pen from us.drpen.co, paid over $500, and had it shipped to Mexico. The website accepted the order, charged my card, and shipped the product without any warning that Mexico was not a supported destination. When the item reached Mexican customs, it was blocked and classified as a medical device that requires special import permission I simply cannot obtain as an individual.

When I contacted their support team, I was told that Dr. Pen US does not currently ship to Mexico, and that it was entirely my responsibility to know my country’s customs regulations. And while I do understand that part—it still doesn’t explain why their system accepts and ships orders to countries they claim they don’t serve.

If you don’t ship to certain countries, why is the checkout system not blocking those orders? Why accept the payment, confirm the order, and send the item, only to later say, “it’s not our problem”?

To be honest, this feels like a tactic to shift blame while still taking money. The shipping policy mentions some countries are excluded, but no warning is given during the purchase process. No system stops you from ordering, even if they know the product will likely be rejected by customs—especially in places like Mexico where import laws are strict.

The end result? I lost over $500. I never received the item, and the delivery company won’t help. The product is stuck somewhere, and I’m left with nothing. The stress and disappointment were overwhelming.

As a customer, I feel misled and completely unsupported. I would never recommend this brand to anyone, and I feel it’s my obligation to share my experience and warn others. A serious company should not operate this way. At the very least, their site should block or flag orders from restricted countries if they genuinely don’t ship there.

P.S. thankfully I payed the order through PayPal and was able to make a complain through there. At the end got my money back.

They wrongly advertised the M8 cartridges on their website as also fitting for the pen M8S, but they do not fit for it. So, when I got them, I tried to get a replacement - the cartridges that actually fit for my pen. Every time I wrote to the customer service they either didn’t reply or it took weeks to get a response and the person always has no idea what we have been talking about earlier. Finally, they agreed to send me the cartridges that belong to the M8S. Also, each time they sent something to me it took three weeks to arrive. So, I finally receive the “replacement” and it’s exactly the same, wrong cartridges, AGAIN. I’m writing to them again, waiting for a response, again, the person that I’m writing to has no idea of the actual situation and conversation I had with customer support writes to me, I must have gotten my replacement long ago. At this point I ask them to please just give me my money back. That was two weeks ago. Guangzhou Ekai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Is a piece of shit*t company with a bunch of lying scammers selling on Alibaba and Made in China.

They do not send supportive documentation along with their products and if border services find out about the parcel having pens in them, they're seized.

Unlike reputable companies, they don't offer DDP delivery (when seized, your money is gone.)

Please do not support Dr Pen products. Many other supplies are now making better products.

Dr pen radio frequency does not work at all. I’ve used much better machines and Dr Pen does not stand behind their products. I was guaranteed full refund with 30 days w shipping and I was charged nearly 200.00 on a restocking fee and shipping charges because they said it worked. Well they did not guarantee the product if I did not like it and it was not a good machine at all.

Dr pen doesn't publish bad reviews on thier products. I Purchased the led mask and for that price I could get much better.
I have had the mask for over a year now with no results. The mask is too tight on my nose area making it uncomfortable to wear. I wrote a review after I purchased the mask and it was never published. They hide bad reviews. They aren't genuine

Not clear on the site the difference between two pen types. I ordered the wrong version but only found out when opened ONE sealed unit. They now charge a £2.99 fee, plus I had to spend £8 returning it. Terrible, rip off service.
