Sent wrong catridges, refused to exchange, credited half the cost
Ordered microniddling pen from Drpen.net. while at checkout, the discount did not work but I decided to proceed. Their system suggested additional catridges for the device I was purchasing and I purchased that too. Upon recieving it, the catridges did not fit. Contacted customer support and was told that they will only credit 65% back from the original purchase of wrong catridges (catridges THEIR SYSTEM suggested I buy with this device). Paid $30, got a refund of $18.. Its not about $12.. Its about the fact that the company is not owning their mistake and is willing to lose a customer over $12 .. Poor service, Will be returning the machine as well so I never have to buy any catridges from them going forward.
Would NOT recommend - there any many options out there if you are looking for a microniddling device.
