We have used Darryl twice now to sell our and a family members home. This agency is truly unique in today’s marketplace of multiple agency’s. A truly bespoke service given tailored to your individual preferences and needs. Darryl and Georgie possess a wealth of experience of the housing market along with an abundance of contacts that can respond to all eventualities. A true story one stop shop!

We have been using Druce & Partner twice, to buy and sell our house. Darryl is a local estate agent and was key to get both procedures very smooth partly due to his extensive network of local contacts ie sollicitor, broker. This is going above and beyond his role and responsibilities but then the result is spot on. Totally customer focused but also realistic on market value and buyer expectations.
