I really like the office an staff..they are really helpful with anything u need or want..have been going for a month or two

I really appreciated the service there. There really nice and they attended to me fairly quickly

Great office to help with drug addiction. Customer service is above exceptional. The availability of medications and counseling to help with recovery is on a personal experience. You feel like everyone knows you & your road to recovery.

A medication assisted therapy office that is staffed by people who genuinely care about their clients. A very rare experience in my opinion.

I've been a patient at this facility for some time now, and have nothing but good things to say. You get out what you put in. If you're honest and willing to put in the work with no excuses, then they'll all do everything in their power to help you help yourself. I've been treated with compassion and respect since day one

The counselor I saw after the appointment was nice and seemed to care about the experience I had when I came in. The second I walked in the door of the office the secretary started raising her voice and being super rude and confrontational. This happened a few different times in the fifteen minutes I waited for the doctor. She was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I've never been treated so poorly in a medical facility, a place I went to get help. When I related the story to other clients of this facility they told me that I am far from the only one who has been treated this way by her. Other than that my experience was fine.

They were very prophetional. They did not rush me throu like some other suboxen clinics iv been to

Convenient and Great professional service. The secretary lady is one of a kind funny humor ..All other co-workers are awesome as well.

It was my first time at Recovery Connection Yesterday. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for help with addiction I would recommend calling to make an appointment. They got me in the next day. The wait was long but obviously you have to take into consideration I was a new patient so there was paperwork, meeting counselors and then had to meet with the doctor. So far so good 😊

Dr P is very caring he cares about everyone of his parents! Carol is very good at her job she is a multitasker and fast at caring for everyone she gets the job done very well . I enjoy my visit every time !

I recently came to visit my oldest daughter and Granddaughter. I stumbled onto this website for opioid addiction and recovery.I just spent a 7 day detox program in AZ. I immediately came to spend the Thanksgiving Holliday with them in Road Island and after a few days here thinking I was fully detoxed off Methedone. (ha,ha!) I was just kidding myself. It takes approximately 30 days and 1 year complete recovery. So I started going into heavy Wwithdrawal's. I immediately called them and had an appointment the following morning. Right after seeing the doctor and getting prescribed Suboxone they encouraged me to also sign up for Insurance and Snap food suplementation.I probably spent around 3 hours there total. When I left I was smiling ear from ear. Not only did I not pay for my subscription, but also hooked me up with food stamps. This place is a life saver and changer. The staff ladies are so kind and empathetic that I call them all by first name. God Bless this valuable asset to the community, and the entire staff there! Keep up the wonderful work ! I'm very thankful and appreciative that you do what you do!

Very nice!! They make you feel welcome as you walk in! They have a very good routine, the system in there and s flawless. They know exactly what they are doing, and have our best interest at heart. Definitely recommend if your looking for a different place, come to recovery connection !

Carol and Doctor P are so amazing. They make you feel comfortable and foster an environment to heal. Awesome to have somewhere to go that treats you human and worms with your schedule. I drive from cape cod passing 2 closer offices just to see Carol. I went from not being able to pass a UA to working In the recovery field for 7 months thanks to their support and the way they communicate.

Carol, Dr. Raskin and the behavioral therapist are awesome. Incredibly understanding and empathetic to the problem.

Labs aren't always on point!!!! Mess up sometimes

I was ignored by a counselor and she sent a report saying that I wasn't there. Im going for help yet I was treated in a way that I don't matter. I was obviously waiting for counseling and then I was told Im all set after I saw the doctor. I go here for help yet I get a negative report sent to my PO. Why would a place that I go to for help try to put me in jail? I thought treatment is better than going to jail, yet this place does the opposite. Im stuck with this place so hopefully I will get a little more respect as a patient. I was sick with corona, I had a surgery that was rescheduled because of it and I was looked at like intentionally was looking for meds when I showed up with my brace on.

There isn't one time that I have gone there and been greeted with the utmost respect. It's a wonderful thing in today's world. They are Always accommodating To any situation I may have on being able to get there as I'm old and disabled! Both my wife an I adore Carol and Dr. Prakash. They make the visit fun!!

I have been going to Recovery Connection for sum time now, and I can’t think of any other place that I prefer to be.. I am being treated by professionals , that at one point of their lives they were wearing my shoes..so who could understand me better than someone who not only have a degree.. but has on hand experience with what I’m going through “and” has overcame their personal obstacles to become the professionals that they are today.. now, I don’t know about you.. but. When I’m going thru life’s trials n tribulations and I talk to my (very attractive counselor I dare say),.. you know in your heart that the words you are hearing didn’t just come out of a text book.. they came from experience and first hand knowledge…. As Dr. Spoc would say..”This is logical”……. Just sayin…😉

I've Been Going Here For About 3 Years..I Could Easily Get My Meds From A Dr Closer To My Home..But I Love Dr Burlus And Would Never Leave..The Girls Are Awesome ..Just Everything About Recovery Connection Is Great And I Would And Have Recommended Anyone Looking For A Place That Makes You Feel Important..Recovery Connection Is It..
