The pillows were good. However, we had significant issues with the delivery. We chose and paid for a faster shipping option that was supposed to arrive earlier, but the package was delayed and did not arrive on time. The delivery ended up costing more than the two pillows themselves, which was disappointing. In addition, there were unexpected import fees that were not clearly communicated in advance.

Not as soundproof as desired. But still nice cause of portability.

I appreciate this concept, and wanted to try this as something even our toddler could use. The order arrived quickly and as described. However the chemical smell from the foam is very strong so it’s sitting in our garage to air out which will take weeks/months. I wonder if a small latex pillow would serve the same purpose but without the off-gassing.

To start I received this PILLOW in a BAG as opposed to a structurally sound box… it arrived smushed and indented by probably a smaller heavier item shipping on top of it… have yet to hear back from customer service. Second this does not muffle a scream any more than a regular pillow. Different screams have different outcomes but for me to truly let everything out this is not even close to being enough for my apartment. 2 stars simply because the portability and washable case means I can at least leave it in my car.

Really great product and a wonderful customer service experience! I live over 5000 ft elevation and my Shoutlet expanded unevenly and looked a little wonky after a few days out of the package so I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me a new one for free. They were super pleasant and kind about it too. No issues at all with the new one but I’ve noted it too is taking a long time to expand. I’m guessing it’s the elevation but not sure. It took several days or maybe even a couple of weeks before the first pillow fully expanded. Since the first one did eventually fully expand, I offered to pay for the second pillow and they politely declined. So now I have one for my car (road rage!) and one for home. It absolutely works to deaden the sound. It sounds like a high pitched song note instead of a scream. It doesn’t scare my dog when I scream into the pillow! Very good stress relief. So grateful for this product. Thanks again for the great customer service. Highly recommend!

Website ordering was efficient and simple.

It’s compact, soft, and comfortable. Absorbs sound better than a regular pillow, and it’s portable. A+

VERY GOOD PRODUCT

A video for their Shoutlet popped up in my reels and it looked exactly like something I would benefit from. So I checked out their kickstarter and got two on their early bird special. At the time, I was 50 years old and going through a lot of trauma therapy. I can’t stress enough how much these have helped me on my journey. I’m now 51 and keep the black one tethered to me at all times and keep the Mist one at home. Thanks so much to all at PowerShout for creating this wonderful product.

I'm not using the product itself as intended, screaming therapy is not for me because of chest pain.
But it's great for diminishing the amount of noise I produce during a rage episode, so I don't disturb or scare neighbours.

Also customer support is great.

I have twin toddlers, and I keep my shoutlet in my diaper bag. It’s an essential. I can’t believe how much stress and steam it takes out of me instantly when I’m feeling overwhelmed and anxious. And my babies think it’s funny when I use it… which causes me to go from upset to laughing in 2 seconds.

Didn’t expect to use it as much as I have! I keep it in my office and have grown to use it more so as a daily practice vs solely as a stress reliever. My daily morning ‘shout session’ feels like a release of endorphins, similar to the feel good vibes you get after a good laugh….that and later an energy of ease that I can get post meditation. Seriously surprised how much I like doing the sessions and the difference I’ve experienced from it. Great product.

What an amazing product! At first I was hesitant to use it often. However after trying it a few times, it was a total game changer in reducing stress. High quality product that works. Highly recommend!

I am prone to get significant levels of road rage when faced with traffic related drama. I keep one of these face muzzle pillows in my truck so I don’t have to go back to jail. It helps me survive the day and keeps my PO off my case. Machine washable cover too. Nice.

Love it. It's small, soft, cool design. I just let out an insane shout every once in awhile and feel some stress slip away.
It's a perfect little gift or stocking stuffer.

Like most people, I suffer through bouts of stress and anxiety. Desperate to find remedies that actually work, i gave the powershout pillow a shot and it has been a game changer. Thank you to the team for making an incredible product!
