I've been to a few places and this one is the best they never give up on you and orerla the counselor is great she really cares and takes time with her patience I like her a lot

Just a great staff.they make you feel they really care .and they go the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of medically...my DR. IS GENUINE, AND REALLY CARES/,WITHMEDICAL COSTS NOT ALLLOWING DR.sTO SPEND THE TIME THEY WOULD LIKE,,,I CAN SAY MY DOCTOR GOES ABOVE ANDBEYOND,THANKS gang 😄and special thanks to DR regis burless👍😃k.e.

Seamless process, time efficient

The staff here is Amazing! Lisa behind the desk is a god scent of understanding. Counselor was Also extremely nice.. you get everything done in one stop. your meds, counseling, and See a doctor, all on the same day. And you have your meds that day.
Everyone in this office is genuinely kind!
No judgment of your past they welcome you with open arms. No Phonies here!!! today is my 2nd visit I will keep this updated..

The Office is Run Like A Well Oiled Machine.. Professional But Also Super Friendly..I Live Out Of Town And Could Get These Meds 5 Mins From My House..But Dr Burlus Is The Best Dr I've Ever Had..I'm Never Leaving 😁

So this was a great week I have one week down many more to go the first time that I've actually gone to a recovery center and was proud to walk through the doors and let them know how my week went very encouraging and supportive anyone who needs help battling addiction of any kind to the place to be

This place is amazing. They treat you very well and seem too genuinely care about the people they are trying to help.

Staff and secretary were great. Also doctor was very kind and understanding, was a big help. However my issue is with having to start from the beginning with weekly visits then gradually work my way back to once a month which I have already done this. Reason I came to recovery connection was because my Dr was leaving and I was referred there. But it’s not right that I have to miss work once again weekly then by weekly until finally monthly. Could you please address this issue to someone who may be able to help me continue my treatment as opposed to starting over… this has already given me the idea to use. Which have you is not something that Would be in my best interest.

I love Recovery Connection. The staff is fabulous, very helpful and always pleasant. Dr. Burlas is the best as well. He makes you feel great about the hard work we all do to stay sober. Best suboxone clinic I have been to and I've been to a few over the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else so long as its my choice and I recommend RC to anyone I meet that needs help.

I have been a patient at recovery connection for about I think maybe five and a half years and I really enjoy the people that are there they are very very nice and they go above and beyond your expectations to help you and make you feel comfortable God I've been there longer than the doctor and the staff because they switched them all out there was one person before that I really like there but it doesn't make a difference because the staff is incredible even the counselor is amazing and usually you don't want to bother talking to the counselor but this lady makes you want to talk to her it's a great place if you're serious

I have gotten clean and stayed clean for going on 4 years the employees here are very polite and treat you very normal and no judgement I love it

The doctors and staff at recovery connections have been a life line in my struggle with addiction. They truly care about you as an individual. I now have 2 years of sobriety. I could not have done it without their help. If you are drowning in the despair of addiction, get help now. Go to a fire station in RI or walk into an emergency room and ask for help

Since I’ve been going to them they help me out a lot…. I’ve been through a lot of surgeries I almost didn’t make it … I told my Main doctor that I wasn’t feeling well and they didn’t want to help me I had to go Somewhere else for help I’ve been through a lot this doctor sucks Rhode Island Hospital

Ive been going there since roger Williams closed, and out of the places ive been this place has not only helped me but are effective they dont treat you like a lepper like most dr offices. Ive gotten better then i have previously. Everyone is friendly and there process makes it quick easy and safe. At other places people tend to gather and you end up in a room full of people. I like it im in and out it and on with my day if you want a place that works for real and treats you with respect definitely go here.

My experiences has been positive overall. Some of the other clients are difficult to deal with but most are fine. I do see a lot of clients with masks below their noses and hear a lot of complaining about having to wear them. The staff never seem to remind people that masks are required by the state to protect one another. Trust science! Science wins!!
Other than that I really like the staff and the doctor. I appreciate what you guys are doing for opiate addiction and am grateful for your services and this medication. It has changed my entire life!!

Ever since the change of Staff things run more smoothly and it's really nice environment. Before the staff change I was getting anxiety before the appointment because it was very chaotic. But it's 100% good for now I love going to my appointment
