Do not buy this watch. I ordered it in January as a gift, and the screen stopped working by May. Customer service has ignored multiple emails. It's a defective product and a total waste of money.

I bought one and it stopped working 1 week later

I ordered a replacement watch band . I took 3 month to process. Then the order never arrived. They don’t respond to emails and there is no contact number. Watch was not too bad. But customer service terrible.

Ordered a watch on 20th...this is my 3rd watch over 5 years.... my order has not arrived still after 3 weeks and I have messaged their customer service 3 times and still no reply....wondering if they still legit company

DO NOT BUY THESE WATCHES I they are built like shit.

Watch band broke after 6 months of use .
I've purchased the 3 pack watch band replacements. Bought paid for and never delivered.
Tried several time to make contact to Drystrike they've not replied .
I've requested tracking updates to no avail.
Stay the hell away from this company.
They are not a United States of America company as they lead you to believe.
Cheap nasty Chinese Crap.
DO NOT BUY THIESE WATCHES.
Ps. You can buy the exact same watch from Temu for $15 Australian Dollars its even called the Attack Gt
I paid $139 Australian Dollars for the same watch from Drystrike.
Again save you money .

Never received watch. Tried 7 times to find out what happened and no response

Wouldn’t and has not charged since I got it. Tried contacting the company with no success

The products are good but the time it takes for delivery is grossly unacceptable.
If I didn't need a specific part I would not be ordering anything from them.

When I 1st received the watch I was impresses. Rugged, lightweight and seemed well put together. However that has all changed. The charging port and cable are diabolical. Because of the recessed charging pins, 1 slight movement whist charging it disconnects. Slightest/minutest bit of dirt and it won't connect to the charging cable at all. I like the watch but seriously, they need to sort out a better charging port/cable. Even a small charging dock might help. Until then, keep you hard earned money in your wallet.
Date set as an approximate as I canr remember when I got it last year.

There app has changed won't binding with watch recognising watch but won't bind

Received my watch on the 23rd September in Australia.
Watch bore no resemblance to the image on the Drystrike Website. Notified them immediately and requested a return address as there was nothing on the packaging and a refund.
Have corresponded back and forth for three months. Still no address to return unwanted goods and no refund. Company stance is "you got what you purchased'!
Not Happy.

I bought a Defender watch from them,it started failing after 4 months of light use,no abuse or hard use! I kept emailing them for 3 months every day until one response said I had no warranty because I did not bought a year extended warranty.They said they changed their email but it was not given the new one.The old email still the same on their web page.Garbage of products and no customer service after you pay.Do not buy from them!!!! absolute scam!!!!

This is my second one took shower wit it on quit charging. first one i was caught in a rain storm quit charging.
this is terrible product

Ordered on 21st october
. Price on order site kept going up and down then order price was inflated.
Confirmed out for delivery if not received within 2 days of the 28th to contact them which I did but the email was rejected as nonexistent.
My credit card company have now refunded the money and said this is a SCAM company.
And the tracking no doesn’t exist
Don’t bother to order from them

I purchased two watches and they both went blank in less then a year. I'm done, they SUCK. The face just goes black,and i cant reach anyone.

How can the company improve? Actually answer emails and make a watch that lasts longer than 2.5 months.

The watch arrived and was working well. A cover on the rear of the watch came away, although the watch is functional it would no longer be waterproof etc. Numerous attempts to contact the company zero response, there is no customer care/aftercare from that point alone would. recommend not to purchase from this company

The watch arrived quickly and on the whole my husband is very happy with it… HOWEVER… the pin that holds the strap in place has fallen out. That’s not an issue, these things happen.
The one star review is because I have emailed them, I’ve contacted them via their website form, I’ve messaged them on Facebook and Instagram.. no reply… Appalling customer service!

The website says 21 days of battery life. It does in 2. I have emailed customer service half a dozen times with no response. Absolutely disappointed for sure. Do not waste your money.
