MY DRYSTRIKE SMART WATCH DIED AFTER IN LESS THEN TWO WEEKS AND I HAVE BEEN EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT A SINGLE RESPONS EVERYDAY FOR OVER THREE WEEKS! WHAT A JOKE! THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES AS WE DESERVE AT LEAST A PRODUCT THAT WORKS!!!@@

Do not order this product! I ordered this watch for my husband in January and by May the screen no longer worked. I have contacted their customer service department via email several times but with no resolution. This is a waste of money.

JUNK!!!!!
Don’t waste money on this. Claims military grade water resistant. Not even close. Got the watch wet one time and everything stopped working.
Try to contact anyone in customer service good luck.

This is a terrible product. This product was mentioned in the Fire Hall by the other firefighters that worked with. I have had it less than one year. It now has lines across the screens buttons don’t function properly also have reached out numerous times to the folks regarding other items on the watch, and nobody has ever returned any of my calls and now I have a watch that’s no good. That’s less than a year old, this was supposed to be indestructible in an office and it crapped out. I would not recommend buying this watch due to their custom service and the quality of the watch.

Watch quit working in less than one year and customer support doesn’t even respond! Don’t buy watch from here! Waste of money!

My dry strike died within 6 months. The company said there was nothing they can do for me. Don't buy this watch.

I ordered a watch 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I chose Afterpay to pay for the watch, just in case it was a scam. They have now charged 2 payments and I still have not received the watch. I emailed them, and all they could advise is that they guarantee I will get the watch. My gut says it's a SCAM. I will be disputing the charges in the morning.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

Be very careful with this company. The customer service is terrible. do not buy .

we ordered a camouflage dry strike and paid extra shipping for fast shipping and it took a month..had the watch a few weeks and it froze up and can't unfreeze it ..we paid 100 dollars for it..and can't even get customer service to answer phone..leave this company alone.

Bought this watch took 5 week to arrive company didn’t want to know just sent me tracking number that didn’t exist, once it arrived what a load of crap not a genuine watch at all even takes you to a dodgey website for the app , stay clear and don’t touch with a barge pole

Stay away from them - you can purchase the same watch from any other other manufacturer for a third of the cost. I don't know if the watch works or not, as I never took it out of the box. I was looking for a smart watch that I could use for open water swimming.
Their website claims that the watch has a waterproof rating of 5ATM - which would make it ok for open water swimming, but its not. They claim a 30 day money back guarantee if your not satisfied with the watch again not true. I received the watch on Mar 27-24 asked for a refund on Mar 28, and all I keep getting back is the following. "We do apologize for the inconvenience, We have forwarded your concern to the respective department to look into this and is on our priority list We will notify you immediately as soon as this
issue comes to a resolution." This the 3rd or forth such email latest received on April 19.

I received this watch with great anticipation. I was extremely let down when unboxing it and found a cheap G Shock style watch not the ROBUST DRYSTRIKE watch I expected. I immediately boxed it back up and will be attempting to return it promptly today. It appears from the exterior packaging it was shipped from Queens NY. Do not purchase this CHEAP child's watch, it is NOT suitable for any First Responder use or Tactical wear as they would lead you to believe.

Ordered 2 watches before Christmas to give as a present and didn’t receive it until the middle of January. When I received the watches one was wasn’t what I ordered. Upon trying to return it, I kept getting a run around till April. Then I was told to return it I had to pay a restocking charge and pay myself to send it back. When I stated again it was their error and not mine they stated they do not take returns if a customer changes their mind. I contacted the BBB and after a lot going back and forth they said they will not take it back bcse it is after 30 days. Do not order from this company because they clearly do not care about their customers and do not stand by their brand. Very disappointed

The watch, although great at first, completely died after 3 months. The charge was at 50% when it just shut off. Tried contacting customer service and was only told (via computer/recorded message) to email customer support. Their reply was “too bad! No warranty after 30 days!”
DO NOT BUY!!!!
The whole experience left a very sour taste.
No other attempt was made to help me with the problem like maybe there was a reboot process like my old Garmin had.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This is a crap product with terrible customer service. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

Watch stops working. Company refuses to resolve or replace it. It won't matter if you are in their stated 90 day window. Unless you like giving money away, do not buy from these crooks.

The watch I received worked for about a month of use.
Although I was well withing the 90 days return policy, its now been a month and they have stopped contacting me now.
DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY.
They are a scam company.

Biggest waste of money cheap and nasty, uncomfortable to wear the brief time it worked no chance of a refund rip off merchants. Save your money buy a garmin or wahoo watch

Purchased Drystrike main “ GSHOCK” looking watch. Many functions do not work. Customer service will not allow returns. As with other watches the watch faces are embarrassing. Comical design by and for kids. If your think if purchasing, would not recommend it.
