Noleggio auto da 40 anni e questa e' la pessima che ho mai incontrato
TI ADDEBITANO DANNI preesistenti,
Carburante: ti danno la macchina con serbatoio 3/4 e non pieno e sei costretto a metterne in piu' .
ATTENZIONE: auto ritirata in Austria, ti mettono GPS senza avvisarti e ti mappano l'intero percorso e ti addebitano il costo, non di poco, perche' hai superato i limiti, dicendo che hai usurato il veicolo e altro ancora..

Die Kaution wird erst nach 6 Monaten rückerstattet. Zudem gibt es unzählige versteckte Kosten, die erst mit aktiver Nachfrage nach dem Preisblatt sichtbar werden.

Eigentlich wollte ich gleich noch einmal mieten, weil alles super geklappt hat mit dem Auto und alles trotz Gebühren günstiger als andere Anbieter war. Jedoch würde das ja bedeuten, dass ich die Kaution doppelt hinterlegen müsste und mir das Unternehmen mehrere Hundert Euro für ein halbes Jahr schuldet.

Horrendous from start to finish

Esperienza pessima, mai più.

Ho noleggiato un’auto con questa compagnia e mi sono trovato davanti a un comportamento che definire scorretto è poco. Dopo aver avuto un incidente non per colpa mia, mi sono visto addebitare ben 2300€ sulla carta di credito, senza alcuna tutela o spiegazione chiara.

La cosa più grave? Il danno era superficiale, al punto che loro stessi hanno poi rinunciato a qualsiasi richiesta di risarcimento. Peccato che i soldi li avessero già presi da me. Comodo così.

Da quel momento è iniziato il silenzio totale: 4 mesi e mezzo senza una risposta, senza assistenza, senza un minimo di rispetto per il cliente. Telefonate ignorate, email senza risposta. Spariti.

Mi sono sentito completamente abbandonato e trattato come un bancomat, non come un cliente. Zero trasparenza, zero professionalità.

Esperienza che definire negativa è riduttivo: totale mancanza di serietà e affidabilità. Consiglio a chiunque di stare alla larga.

I strongly advise against ever renting a car from this company. We rented one in Budapest and deeply regretted it. Even though we asked about all costs beforehand, they still forced us to pay extra fees on the spot. Additionally, they impose a 30-day waiting period to release the card deposit, which is extremely long and completely unacceptable.

On top of that, there is absolutely no proper customer support. You have to call at least twenty times and send numerous emails just to receive a brief response. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction.

Do not, under any circumstances, use this company.

Nice service with a coffee

Terrible experience. Pickup instructions were unclear and the contact number was an automated Italian system that even locals couldn’t understand. We were expected to use WhatsApp, which was never mentioned.

As a result, we were delayed and marked as a no-show for being 60 minutes late, losing our booking and paying an extra £500 to rent elsewhere. Another couple had the same issue—even after paying for a taxi, they were also late and lost their booking.

Extremely stressful with two young kids and poorly managed. Avoid unless you speak Italian.

Sehr zufrieden! Ein neues Auto bekommen, höhere Kategorie als bestellt, dazu noch bessere Ausstattung (Automatik und Navi). Personal sowohl bei Abholung als auch bei der Rückgabe sehr freundlich.

Araç kiralama ve teslim aşaması çok seri oldu. Citroen 5008 mükemmel bir araç.

J’ai eu une expérience très décevante avec Dryyve lors de ma récente location de voiture en Sicile.

Après la restitution du véhicule, 534 € m’ont été facturés pour une simple rayure sur une jante. Bien que je reconnaisse que le dommage a été constaté, le montant facturé semble excessif pour un dommage purement esthétique.

Cette facturation repose sur un barème interne, sans aucune facture de réparation, devis d’un tiers ou preuve que la jante a réellement été remplacée. Cela soulève de sérieuses questions quant à la proportionnalité et à la transparence des tarifs appliqués.

De plus, 199 € ont été débités de mon compte à titre de “caution” pour d’éventuelles amendes, alors que le contrat laissait entendre une simple pré-autorisation et non un débit immédiat. Cette somme est conservée pendant une durée pouvant aller jusqu’à 6 mois, ce qui n’a pas été clairement expliqué au moment de la location.

Au vu de cette expérience, je ne recommande pas du tout cette agence pour la location de voitures.

I was well informed by the agent at the desk. Administration went smoothly and my need of a high model car for an elderly person was taken into account. Also I was given the parking spot number of the car which made it possible to locate the car much more quickly than the last rental!

Cena pijazdu dobra oraz z pijazdem wssystko byli ok. Pod wzgledem technicznym brak przeciwskazan. Ale na tym koniec plusów.

Po wynajmie zaczely sienpojawiac dodatkowe koszty ktore sa pobierane z karty pomimo ze kaucja dalej nie zostala zwrocona.
Pieniadze zostaly pobrane za mandat drogowy ( chyba fotoradar ) lecz nie zostaly pobrane z kaucji ( nie wiem a takim razie po co jest kaucja ). Kaucja ma być zwrocona po 180 dniach ( taki jest czas oczwkiwania. Nie jestem w stanie powiedziec czy wyrobia sie w terminie poniewaz minely dopiero 2 miesiac od wynajmu ).
Jak poprosilem o podeslanie mandatu za ktory mi pobrali dodatkowe pieniadze z karty w odpowiedzi otrzymalem zebym sobie sam napisal do instytucji wydajacej mandaty.
Minal juz miesiac od pobrania dodatkowych pieniedzy (99 euro) i nie sa w stanie przedstawic mi dowodow za co zostaly pobrane pieniadze.

I taka mala informacja ze nie akceptuja ubezpieczenia pojazdu wykupionego w innej firmie zewnętrznej. Musi byc wykupione ubezpieczenie u nich w firmie. Ubezpieczenia z innej firmy nie sa wogole akceptowane wiec aby otrzymac samochod musialem dokupic kolejne ubezpiecze na miejscu.

Everything was perfect, super service

Alle Kosten waren transparent. Es wurde mir keine zusätzliche Versicherung aufgedrängt. Die Autobahnvignette muss extra gezahlt werden, das habe ich schon vorab im Vertrag gelesen. Die Bearbeitungsgebühr von fast 200,-- zusätzlich zu einer eventuellen Verkehrsstrafe, halte ich für etwas überteuert aber auch darauf hat mich ein Mitarbeiter hingewiesen.
Ich habe das Auto sauber zurück gegeben und bisher keine zusätzliche Abbuchung auf meiner Kreditkarte erhalten.
Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Einziger Minuspunkt, ich habe ein Auto mit Schaltgetriebe bestellt und einen Wagen mit Automatik erhalten.
