Turn around time was as expected. The quality is what surprised me compared to others that I’ve used. The price was also great. I’m glad they have a location here that’s only a few miles from where I stay. As they say, there’s no second chances for a first impression. I’m impressed. They’ll be my go to from now on

Got confirmation of my order placed yester day at 8:15 am 5/28/2026...Stopped in at the Dallas location at 4:45pm only to find my order had not been produced. Called in today 5/29/2026 because I still not had received notice of order being produced and person answering told me it would be another hour before my order would be ready. When I questioned here about the extended amount of time its taking to produce this order she told me that there is a 24 hour turn around on production. That called was placed at 11:00, which puts us at 27 hours and order is still not produced. I noticed when I was there looking for my order that there were orders with order numbers later than mine..much later... and when I asked if there was an ETA on completion is was told "NO" and there was no effort to inquire as to cause of production delay. In fact I felt like I was bothering her. This is the first problem I have had with this company, and in the past have been superbly satisfied with the total experience. But for this experience...do not like the way I have been handled...especially when on your website it says order is shipped today if order within the next 3 hours. Will update when I actually receive notice of order being ready

Very disappointing experience with DTF Center Dallas today. I have been a customer for over a year and have spent a significant amount of money with this company, but after how I was treated today, I will not be returning.

I first tried to place my order through their website, but it repeatedly showed “failed to upload” when trying to submit my files. I then used their website chat to ask for help and requested an invoice since I had already shared my Canva document with them. No one ever responded in the chat.

Since I still needed the order, I began calling around 3:00 PM and had to call continuously for almost an hour before someone finally answered the phone. I was told the Dallas location was on another call and would be transferred once they were finished.

When I finally spoke to someone at the Dallas store, I confirmed multiple times that the prints would be ready the same day. He said yes. I shared the Canva document, he sent the invoice, and I paid immediately. I even asked again if the order would be ready today, and he again confirmed that it would.

The Shop app even showed the order being packed for pickup, so I sent my husband to the store.

When my husband arrived, the first employee helping him smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely unprofessional. After that, the same employee I spoke with earlier suddenly said the order would NOT be ready until tomorrow, completely contradicting what he had told me earlier.

When I spoke with him on the phone to clarify what happened, he was very rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice instead of addressing the mistake or trying to resolve the situation.

For a business that relies on time-sensitive print orders, clear communication and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor communication, rude customer service, and staff behavior that raises serious concerns about professionalism.

After being a loyal customer for over a year, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

DTFCENTER is fabulous and they do everything possible to make their customers happy! They are fabulous!

Recently switched over from another company closer to me but I would rather make the drive to the Dallas location. Customer service is amazing and so is the quality and turn around time.

I have been using their products for the past 1 year and have been very satisfied with their turn around time, quality and their communication. Turn around time, especially being in Hawaii can usually take up to a week to receive, though DTFcenter I can receive the product within 2 days of placing my order. I have order DTF prints from another company and the details was not very clear, DTFcenter is very precious and the smallest details will print. When I did have a problem, their communication is very easy and pleasant via email because of my time difference. Highly recommend this company.
