Great product and service, able to resolved any issues right away. The only thing that I would want to see improvement will be the Build a Gang Sheet auto arrange duplicate, I have to manually move it. Other than that I still give a 5 Star! Will always do business with them

They never ship the order out on time. It takes 1-2 days before they ship, even if you order before the cut-off time. The quality is similar to their competitors, not much different.

Hit or miss. Some gang sheets the color is great, others have been super faded and just unusable. They do refund which is nice, but when you’re trying to run a small business you need the actual product you’re ordering

Ordered some DTF's I needed on Thursday that was for an event on Sunday. Paid $40 for overnight shipping. I still had nothing by Friday morning about delivery so I called and the guy claimed that his team had put it down for the "wrong order number" so I called back and he put it on for UPS next day air. However they did not even drop it off to UPS until almost 8pm. I was promised I would have it by 12pm on Saturday. No package showed so I emailed them telling him and he only refunded the overnight shipping. I paid almost $120 for everything and now I have nothing for my event. Can't even get an email reply about getting a refund.

Don't trust them. Tracking number still says it won't be here till Monday after me telling them MULTIPLE times it says Monday and the only response they give is "let me know". Even letting them know it's not there and the arrival day it says that's the only response you get.

Their DTF is very high quality and durable. It transferred easily to fabric and there’s no cracking even after going through the washer and dryer multiple times. They are also very fast with shipping.

I am a small business owner and bought DTF transfers from DTF Center. The DTF transfers were vibrant, detailed, and durable. The colors were exactly as I had envisioned, and the transfers applied easily without any issues like cracking or fading.
