Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I recently started a small custom business, and when there was a malfunction on their website, their team responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. They even noticed unnecessary white space in my design, fixed my order, and refunded part of the cost without me having to ask.

That level of honesty, attention to detail, and customer care is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely continue using them for all of my DTF printing needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its customers.

UV DTF AND DTF GANG SHEETS

I have ordered twice from DTF Printer and I will order more. I have gotten 2 gang sheets of UV DTF and I love them. I just received an order of regular DTF and they look great. I can't wait to apply them to shirts.

Here I go again.

The first time I ordered (UVDTF) from here, I forgot to make the background transparent; they contacted me immediately and fixed it on their end. Those prints came out great. The prints were vibrant, bold, and detailed. My second order (DTF), those prints came out amazing. Here I go again on a third order (UVDTF), I didn't forget the transparency on this one, and again, the prints came out so cool! I find it easy to place these orders online and they come pretty quickly, which is a plus for me. Also, I like that the emails let me know the status on my orders.

Very helpful to newbies!!!

Have recently started a small custom shirt business and discovered DTFprinter.com from watching several of their videos on YouTube.
Their videos are extremely helpful, especially to those who are just getting started.

We were thrilled with the speed of the arrival of our first order and also with the easiness factor where they will arrange your gang sheet for you, maximizing space, minimizing price and best of all- giving us back the time required to do it.

If you’re looking for exceptional quality paired with outstanding customer service, look no further. In a time when genuine customer care often feels rare, this company delivers a truly refreshing five-star experience from start to finish.

Their response time was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and ensure I selected the perfect sizing for my projects, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

I have already referred two friends to this company, and both were extremely grateful for the recommendation and equally impressed with the level of service they received. That speaks volumes about the consistency and excellence of this business.

As for the product—absolutely gorgeous! The prints were vibrant, bold, and beautifully detailed. After Trying Other UV DTF Companies
 I Keep Coming Back Here

I’ve used DTFPrinter.com several times now (about 4–5 different orders), and I can honestly say their quality and customer service keep me coming back.

Out of all the orders I’ve placed, I did have one situation where the final product wasn’t the best. However, what really stood out to me was how quickly they took responsibility and fixed the issue. The situation was rectified immediately, and that level of accountability means a lot.

After that experience, I actually tried a few other popular UV DTF printing companies just to compare, and honestly, the quality didn’t even come close. Between the print quality, the way the products are carefully packaged for shipping, and the level of customer service, DTFPrinter.com stands out.

I’ve received orders from other companies that arrived torn, damaged, with dull colors, and customer service that wasn’t helpful at all. That hasn’t been my experience here.

Because of that, I will continue to come back again and again. I highly recommend them.

10/10 — definitely recommend.

Perfect prints every time!

Perfect prints every time! Thanks to the caring and helpful staff at DTF Prints every order has been perfect. Even when I fail to upload my print correctly, they somehow auto-magically know exactly how to fix my file and they follow-up by sending me the corrected file and double-checking with me that the updated file is still correct for my intended application before printing. Wendy is always kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I know they say to allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery, but my prints almost always arrive within 24 hours. It's pure magic and I'm here for it! DTF Printer is the only source I trust for all my DTF & UV DTF needs. 🥰 🀩

I love dtfprinter.com ❀ I will always purchase dtf and uvdtf from them. They have gone above and beyond to assist me with my orders. The images are beautiful and well worth the money. I can't even tell you how long it's been since I have sublimated anything.

dftprinter.com saved me hundreds of dollars

I am new to the world of dft so I had several questions, concerns, and a huge faux pas with a large order I submitted.
