We want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the incorrect delivery. We understand that waiting for your order, only to receive a different product, can be frustrating, especially considering the value of the item.

Our warehouse made a mistake by sending a Bumper Car instead of the Freddo Beast that you had ordered. As soon as we were made aware of this error, we hastened to reship the correct product.

We are happy to inform you that you should already have received the correct product. As an apology and to make up for the delay and inconvenience, we also sent out a car cover for your ride on car—completely free of charge!

I’m really sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with your 24v 6 wheeler Freddo tractor trailer 2 seater ride-on. It’s disappointing to hear that the product did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the state of the package upon arrival, if you notice the box is damaged, it’s important not to accept it. We understand that such situations can be frustrating, but in that case we are able to send you a new one.

Remember that a damaged box can lead to other problems like the ones you experienced with the seatbelt, windshield, and dump cart. So, refusing the damaged package at the onset will help prevent these issues.

Concerning the battery, it’s supposed to be a 24V 7AH as per the product specification. If there’s any discrepancy, do inform us and we’ll arrange for a correct battery to be sent to you at no cost.
