Ordered before Christmas...Got the email that others got...We are over whelmed. Reached out sometime in February...only to be told it was delivered Jan 31 and that "I should look around my property". Or "Check with my local Logistics Provider". Never once was a refund or replacement order offered. The I get a random email in August from them again asking if I got my order. They are absurd! I sorry I had to give them one star as they do not even deserve that.

Quality plus fun factor
My grandchildren and my adult children all really enjoy playing. I was kind of worried about ordering online but super happy I did. The game is great! Delivery was subpar. I got easily confirmation but no order number. Then about 2 werks later, I got an email asking if I was enjoying the game, but it still hadn't arrived.
I reported the issue to customer support and the game showed up a couple days later before I got a response from support.

Game is great for all ages. But delivery of the game took way too long and we did not receive it for Christmas as we wished. Several months later we received emails asking if we received the game. They have followed up 6 months later they checked to see if we received it, and apologized for the delay. Poor service but good game.

Scammer beware - Ordered 2 sets on 13/07/2026. Was sent tracking info, but after 14 days, still not sent. They said they followed up and it was due to be sent in a couple of days. I requested the order be cancelled and a refund. I contacted PayPal and they refunded me instantly.
