Mower guarantee registration issue
I had a minor issue with trying to register an Ego Plus Zero turn mower purchased through DTW tools.
Initially I was unable to contact Ego direct so I was in regular contact with Sophis at DTW tools. Sophie was quick to respond, effective and engaged.
The problem finally got resolved with Ego but it was comforting to have the excellent customer service of the retailer.
