Good diamond core bits at a reasonable price
One of the few companies that still offers advice to customers over the phone. Their diamond core bits seem of a good quality and very reasonably priced. They also supply a full range of the core bits that one may need.

Thank you firstly for taking the time to provide feedback on your order, although I am sorry to hear that your order hadn't arrived in time for Christmas.
Unfortunately during a very business Christmas period for ourselves and our couriers, a very small number of orders placed within a week before Christmas experienced some delays. These delays (although rare) were mainly with our couriers which were beyond our control. As the order was placed on 18th December on a 3-4 working day service it sadly didn't leave any room for these delays, however please trust that we do share your frustration and disappointment with the service provided, and outside of the main 1-2 week Christmas period, this isn't something which happens often at all.
