Great website with a huge selection of tools and equipment. The stilh saw was for my son for work. Ordering was straightforward and quick delivery. Arrived well packed and in great condition. Have spoken with him, and he has said it's the best bit of kit he has had and used within the range so would highly recommend both the company and the tools

Stihl fs 240 c-e bushcutter.
This is a excellent machine very Happy with it have used these at work so had no problem buying one for my personal use. I brought this from DTW tool's it was the best price I found with great customer service would highly recommend them.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Product was in stock on website but the next day a phone call said it was out of stock for 3weeks. The product remained on the website showing in stock. Miss selling comes to mind

After looking into what happened here, I can see that yes we had a delay unfortunately with despatching your order, however I can see that we extended the delivery times online, so yes the product will have appeared on our website but with that longer delivery time to make others aware.
Furthermore I can see when you ordered in the evening that we called early the next morning to explain the delay and offer the choice of waiting for it or receiving a full refund, so we ensured we were open and transparent about everything with you from the very beginning.
Once again we are truly sorry that we had this delay and the longer delivery times weren't showing at first, but I hope you can see that we did everything we could afterwards to ensure you had the best service and exerpience possible with us.
