Die Ware ist einwandfrei und top.
Der bestellvorgang war allerdings etwas Strange. Erst nachdem ich per Mail angefragt habe konnte ich eine Bestellung auslösen. Allerdings wurde dann alles über Paypal abgewickelt.
Das befremdliche war das ich zwei Wochen vorher eine Anfrage an die email gesendet habe, aber es gab keine Antwort.
Jedenfalls habe ich zwei Mäntel bestellt und diese auch korrekt geliefert bekommen. Einer passt super, der andere nicht und somit schickte ich ihn wie vorgeschrieben zurück.
Diese Senndung wurde aber nicht angenommen oder sie wurde nicht ausgeliefert. Dazu gibt es keine Informationen.
Fazit : ist die Kohle erstmal gezahlt bist du als Kunde der blöde
Kauft besser nur das was ihr sicher behalten wollt, sonst seid ihr lost.

Der Bestellvorgang war schnell und einfach. Die Bestätigung erfolgte direkt über Paypal. Der Duffle-Coat wurde schnell und angemessen verpackt geliefert. Schnitt, Stoff und Verarbeitung sind sehr schön. Der Mantel ist warm und hat schöne Details. Der Schnitt der Kapuze ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Naht waagrecht verläuft aber so fällt die Kapuze schön flach, wenn sie nicht aufgesetzt wird.

Es gab absolut keine Probleme.
Die Lieferung dauert zwar vielleicht ein paar Tage länger, aber darüber muss man sich keine Gedanken machen. Einmal angekommen ist man sicher begeistert. Erstklassige Ware.
Auf jeden Fall sollte man die Empfehlungen in der Größentabelle berücksichtigen. Dann kann eigentlich nichts schiefgehen.

I planned to buy only a duffle coat, but ended up with a London Tradition duffle coat and an Original Montgomery peacoat, and I absolutely love them.

Both coats are beautifully tailored and feel far more luxurious than their price. I’ve already received compliments on the peacoat, people guessed it cost around €800.

My Seaweed duffle coat is warm, soft, and very well made. I’d recommend going one size up, especially if you’ll wear layers underneath, and possibly two sizes up if you have wider hips.

Customer service was excellent: Antonina was responsive, kind, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely return for my next coat. Highly recommend!

First I was quite unsure to order a dufflecoat in a for me unknown shop. I wrote to them with some questions, quickly got information back - and decided to order. After ordering, I decided I would better like another colour - no problem. The delivery was quick, unfortunately the coat was too small. I wrote back, they told me how to return - and again all went nice and smoothly ... and meanwhile I am happy with a nice and fine dufflecoat. It looks like I will have some nice years wearing it down.

Manteau reçu dans les temps et à l’air de bonne qualité.
Mais comme la taille ne convenait pas j’ai fait un retour.
J’ai écris exactement l’adresse fournie par le service client, et j’ai payé 20€ pour l’envoi à ma charge en République Tchèque. 2 semaines plus tard on me dit que le colis n’a pas pu être livré car adresse incomplète !
Il m’a donc été retourné.
Si je prends le risque de le renvoyer encore une fois ça me coûtera encore 20€ peut être pour rien…
J’ai donc un manteau qui ne me va pas.

Édit : je rajoute 2 étoiles car après cet avis ils m’ont contacté et ont directement envoyé un coursier chez moi dans les 2 jours pour prendre le manteau. J’ai été remboursée sans problème lorsqu’ils l’ont récupéré.

Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse à mes mails dans lesquels je demandais un conseil sur la taille à commander.
J'ai passé commande sans être sure de mon choix, et depuis je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle de mon achat.
J'ai été débité, pas de souci, mais aucune confirmation. Est ce que je me suis faite avoir ? Faux site ?

Stor tak til Antonina for hendes outstanding service i forbindelse med mit køb af en dufflecoat først i en for lille størrelse som jeg bestilte i large og så sendte hun mig den næste som jeg bestilte i XX-large og den var bare perfekt.

Har tidligere haft en dufflecoat fra Gloverall og denne er absolut på samme kvalitetsniveau 👍

Je fais suite à un précédent avis.
Je regrette d’avoir dû écrire un avis sur trustpilot avant recevoir une réponse à mes mails mais ce qui compte c’est que j’en ai eu une.
Je n’avais pas prêté attention au fait que les frais de retour seraient à ma charge donc c’est de ma faute.
Une fois le colis de retour livré j’ai reçu le remboursement très en quelques jours. Rien à redire !

I received the beautiful coat promptly, but unfortunately I had chosen a size that was too small and had to leave for work for a month and could not ask to change it immediately. As soon as I returned and sent it back to Antonina, she was incredibly efficient and helpful in sending a larger size to me, and facilitating communication with the courier that was delayed with shipping. The duffle coat is gorgeous, warm and a true staple piece that will last for a lifetime. This online shop is absolutely trustworthy under all aspects!

This is absolutely a comeback experience. I ended up purchasing a blue Montgomery coat, while given a comprehensive advice as to brand and cut and button style.
I don’t need a second duffle, but I want one and I definitely will buy smth from Antonina&Floyd again very soon. In a different colour.
