Well package, great service very fast delivery

I rang the Dunecht contact number and was surprised to discover I was speaking directly with the co-owner of the company (Olly) who was was extremely informative and helpful regarding my query. It was exceptional customer service and I received the bottle promptly. The only difference with other companies I have bought whisky from was there appeared to be no purchase value threshold to entitle you to free delivery. So my only improvement suggestion would be to have a threshold for free delivery in line with other selling sites.

Excellent service. The prices are really reasonable, the delivery was great (arrived earlier than expected) and the packing was brilliant - so secure and almost impossible to damage. Both items arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Excellent , speedy service

Dunecht Whisky had a particular bottle in stock that I never thought I'd see again, and for a great price. Check-out was simple, and I had that bottle in a couple of days. Great job!
