Speedy and at a great price

I obtained a quote quickly and with no fuss, which was a very competitive rate. The survey was then carried out speedily and the report that came back was very comprehensive and detailed. Overall, very happy with the cost and speed of the overall transaction. Sadly, the report missed off a valuation - hence one star less than top marks. I have also appreciated how communication was handled - other suppliers where I had obtained quotes chased and rang multiple times. Heyes was straight to the point and always polite in their communication. Overall, very happy with the experience. Freya - 221806

quick and well organised

Great customer service, we had urgency and they found a last minute cancellation so the inspection level 2 took place only 4 days (weekend included) after the quote was confirmed. The lovely team answered all questions via email or phone and the report received was very detailed and comprehensive, better than others received in the past from other companies, I would recommend for sure as they are quick and very well organised.

Positive experience with Heyes.

I used Heyes Surveyors for my house purchase which is currently going through. It was easy to book the Survey and I was happy with the amount of time it took to get the report back. The report was easy to read and was sent through on the day I was told that it would. It has given us more confidence with the purchase of our new home.

We had a RICS Level 3 Report completed. The service was professional throughout and we were very impressed. Very good communication from start to finish, keeping us up to date with the process.
Report was completed timely and was very thorough.

Professional Service

Heyes was very professional in the whole process. Availability was very good and within days, the surveryor was on time, and the report was useful. Heyes was very communicative and addressed any question I had very quickly. Would recommend and use again.

Fast action. Inspection is done 2 working days after I instructed the order online.

One improvement could be done is pictures of the humidity reader measured at the wall is not clear enough to see that exact rating there.

Survey was completed and returned


Survey was completed and returned quickly. Not moved in so not sure how accurate it is, but it seems comprehensive.
Main reason for not giving 5 stars was that the photos were numbered but not linked to the text so it was a bit of guess work to follow. Minor complaint was the less the eco friendly use of paper, lots of pages with only a few words on, looks pretty but.....

Hi Neil, thanks for your review. Just to advise that we, like most companies use third party software. I am in agreement regarding the photos but we are governed by the software providers format. We have told them but it hasn’t been changed. So unfortunately it something out of our hands.

At lot of the text it’s standard information but the reports are generally no less than 50 pages. We advise to print both sides to reduce paper consumption.

Brilliant professional service

Straightforward quick service that I very much needed.

The process is very simple and straight forward to follow. Filled a quote in online and it was very easy to instruct Heyes. Once the survey was complete, they were very timely in sending the complete comprehensive report. I would highly recommend!

Communication was poor with this company, I requested that they ring me before they went out to do the survey, this did not happen.

Many thanks for your review and sorry to hear you didnt get the call that you requested. Having looked at the surveyors call log on our phone system, I can see that they called you at 17:17 on the day before the survey and again at 08:46 on the morning of the survey. I am also informed by the surveyor that they left a voicemail for you on the second call.

In respect of the whole service from start to finish and not just the survey portion, we understand from our system that you received timely emails updating on progress and the report was completed on time.

On this basis, we disagree that our service, of which this review is based warrants a 1star and would ask that you kindly review the rating to reflect the whole service.

High quality homebuyers report

Overall, great experience with Heyes. The final homebuyers report was informative and helped with my purchase decision. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to having to chase Heyes several times to get my report.
