I used localsurveyorsdirect website to find a surveyor for roof. I put what I needed in the description. For some reason Dunham failed to read it and just sent a generic "quote" for service I never wanted. They sent such "offer" twice for some reason.

I responded to them asking if they provide the service I actually want. Got a response that they can't help me. And yet, followed up the next day with another "quote" --- again for service I do not want.

Really pleased with service we received. A thorough survey; which was discussed with us just after the surveyor had done ‘the job’.
We feel we have a good understanding of the property and feel informed regarding decisions we need to make with good suggested time frames, as well as an idea of costs.

The survey report is very detailed and can point out the areas that requires urgent action. All the advice and findings are supported with enough photos, so that we have better ideas of what happened.

The surveyor--6555347(RICS number) is very helpful and pro active. He is willing to offer phone consultation for any quries arising from the survey report.

Availability of a surveyor was good. The survey report was very detailed and comprehensive. Covering many, if not all, aspects.
Photos were taken of every aspect reported on.
As with all surveys, there were other areas highlighted for further investigation.

The surveyor quickly completed the report, everyone is very good, except that the report is a little late.
