I’ve lost count of how many orders I placed with DünyadaKitap, and I’m happy with this one too thank you. The delivery did take a bit longer than usual this time, but it makes sense since I had almost a dozen books in there from different suppliers. Even so, without me paying extra it got here fast via expedited shipping. 10 out of 10 experience

It will almost a month, we haven’t received the books. Even shipping got 2 weeks.

It was so fast and I’m excited to learn to read my favorite book in Turkish!

Kitap siparişi vereli tam 1 ay oldu ancak hala kitaplar elime ulaşmadı ve hala ne olduğu konusunda bilgilendirilmedim. En sonunda merak edip mesaj attım gecikme için özür dilediler .Kendim mesaj atıp sormasam bilgi de alamayacağım , haber veren mail atan kimse yok ayrıca “shoppier” üzerinde de herhangi bir güncel bilgi yok .Kargo firmasından gelen maile göre Şu an kitaplarım kargoya verilmiş ve yolda görünüyor ancak verilen kargo numarasına göre 1 hafta evvel elimde olması gereken kitaplarım hala yok. Kargo kayıp mı oldu ? Karıştı mı ? Hiç bir haber ve bilgi veren yok . Dünyada kitaptan 1 senedir kitap siparişi veriyorum her geçen gün hizmetleri daha da kötüleşti.En zayıf yanları da bilgilendirme ve iletişim.

I was disappointed with my experience. The estimated delivery time was up to 13 business days, but my order was not shipped within that timeframe. After I contacted customer service, I was told there were holiday delays, but I had not received any updates beforehand. Since the order was taking much longer than promised, I decided to cancel it. Better communication and more accurate delivery estimates would have been appreciated.

They don’t deserve even one star. I purchased some books last month. It’s going to be almost a month but it’s still not delivered to me. They first hold my order because of the holidays more than 10 days. And then next 10 days they keep emailed that my books get preparing etc and a week ago I finally received the tracking number. But the label only created never moved during last week. No updated no customer service. Emailed 2 days ago no response even.

I like it .For me wonderful website because now I can read in Turkish-language books or other items that I liked ( dünya kitap ). I order 28 items since 1 year and always comes on time delivery to New York ,NY (USA.)

This is really great to have all the books you want new releases or classics doesn’t matter you order they shipped immediately and you have them within a week or so.
I highly recommend this company if you’re a book lover like me and their communication skills are extremely good.
I didn’t have any bad experiences with them.
I used to get books whenever I traveled but not anymore.

Dunyada kitap siparisim tahminimden daha cabuk elime ulasti. Acikcasi bir aydan evvel kitaplarim gelmez diye tahmin ediyordum ancak California da olmama ragmen kitaplarim bir hafta icinde bana ulasti. Herkese tavsiye ederim
