Received my yearly reminder to add my depreciation schedule to my tax return and even how much I had to claim.
Really appreciated this reminder. Further to this I called and spoke with Tuan Duong, who even though it was the EOFY, answered his mobile immediately and took the time to answer any questions I had. This is excellent customer service😇

We engaged DuoTax for a related party purchase in Western Sydney. The unseen valuation was completed and it seemed to be high, based on their expected sentiment rather than actual sales data and particulars of the property. We insisted it was too high. It was marginally reduced, but still seemed too high. In terms of the analysis, it was compared to premium properties in the area to obtain an average rather than a mix.

Tuan and the Duo Tax team were very efficient. I was genuinely surprised at the speed and thoroughness of the service. I highly recommend the team.
