Visited Durham for brilliant Luminere. Booked Durham City Cabs in advance. Was slightly nervous because of being let down by taxi services in other cities. Need not have worried at all. Excellent service, texts and telephone calls kept me in touch with progress. Prompt service snd exceptionally clean cars.
Would thoroughly recommend this taxi company and will definitely use again.

I have used Durham City Cabs three times so far twice with a gentleman named David, once another driver.
Each time ever member of staff is helpful and courteous
They ring to let you know they're on their way too

100% recommended. I booked a cab through the website and I got a confirmation email right away. Nice and easy. The car arrived 10 minutes early. Driver was friendly and the car super clean. Price was even better compared to Uber. Again, 100% recommended. My route: Framwellgate to the Durham train stration.
