I asked to cancel less than 5 mins after I ordered and it wasn’t done. Now I have to accept the order and return it at my expense. I will make sure I never deal with company again and I will tell all my friends not to as well

I hate that I got duped for the toilet bowl cleaner and drain cleaner. The way it was worded made it sound like you won them as gifts, instead I was charged for something I really had no interest in NOR THE EXTRA MONEY TO SPEND!

The cost seemed to go up by about £20 by the end once delivery and warranty added and I did not see the costs of choice beforehand. No way of stopping the purchase. Hope the product is as good as the reviews.

Be aware that the vacuum is advertised in US $'s. When using PayPal for payment there is no opportunity to review the transaction or any additional costs before ordering (immediately you click on the PayPal icon, the purchase is processed), extended warranty costs are added without authorisation and are also calculated in US $'s, as are the postage costs. Within 30 minutes of receiving transaction confirmation, I emailed the company a request to cancel this purchase and received an automated reply saying that purchases are normally processed within an hour but they would check and get back to me. That was 2 days ago and I have heard nothing since from the supplier, despite sending several follow emails. I can't comment on the actual product but any company that resorts to using these underhand sales techniques should be given a wide berth.

This is my first time using this online retailer , so im not sure yet until the Robot Vacuum arrives whether I rate it or not
