From the initial enquiry to product delivery, this was a fantastic experience. In fact, I can't see any room for improvement from my point of view.

It is so refreshing to be able to deal with humans, friendly helpful and responsive, humans, in the ordering process. The help I received was excellent, not a sales pitch in any way and very timely.

The badges arrived in a decent amount of time seeing as though they were being delivered to Asia and the quality was even better than expected. I will 100% use this company again and wish them the very best.

When my labels failed to appear in my mail box--probably due to our poor USPS service, I notified Dutch Label and they immediately sent me a duplicate order. This is a company you can count on to make sure its customers are totally satisfied. Hats off!

Their labels are incredible. Just know that the "fast delivery" is misleading. I waited weeks and weeks for them; so prepare for that. But when you get them you will be very happy.

Really happy with the finished product. I found the chat to be a great option and always heard back quickly. Email sometimes took a day, but if they are in a differnet country, there is the time differences thing. Prices were definately outstanding. Dutch Label Shop gave my art the professional finishing touch it needed. My logo is now displayed beautifully on my handmade rugs and I couldn't be happier. Be warned, it took a little while longer than I expected to arrive, so order in advance if you need them by a deadline. They were definitely worth the wait.
