Been 2 weeks without any updates on my order

Shopping was easy. The delivery to the UK could do with some improvement. Delivery tracking showed my order going to a different town. That's down to the Shop app and the courier. Since this is my second purchase from Dutchrenew, I think it's fair to say that I see myself as a potential regular customer

Order was fulfilled and delivered in good order. 5 stars for that.

Only 3 stars are given because Dutchrenew did not even bother to reply to a return request of the above mentioned order. Coincidentally the mediabox was replaced for a new one by the mediabox provider just 1 days after the order was placed on Dutchrenew.
