The DVS people! They are so nice and professional -always pleasant and easy to deal with and focused on a great customer experience. It is a brilliant so quiet product and every house should have one! Super efficient with the installation and no overstated claims like another competitor. The product is super quiet and supremely effective and evaporates any trace of compensation. From HQ Admin to the Salesperson and Installers all were lovely professional people who were so pleasant and efficient to deal with . Thank you DVs Michael Prisk

Great service from James and Kimberley at DVS - the new DVS system (replacing old one) works brilliantly and great to be able to now know temperatures inside the roof and inside the house - also the new system seems more powerful and controls easy to operate - very pleased and would never be without our DVS

Misleading sales experience followed by a rushed install with poor positioning, disturbed insulation, and questionable electrical work. Once installed, DVS showed little interest in resolving issues and were more focused on chasing payment, and despite getting the contractor back the outcome felt like a patch-up job with no confidence it meets legal requirements.

Information on the site is clear, steps are explained properly, and I didn’t feel lost at any point. Everything was handled efficiently and without unnecessary delays

The sales person did a great job at selling me something and then I found out it wasn't all true.

While I'm glad to have home ventilation now, the $2000 addon (summer vent) that I had put in is proving to not be as useful as I had hoped, and the installers left all the garbage behind for me to dispose of without me realising.

I had been told that the air coming in the outside vent wouldn't heat up owing to the ducting being insulated. This is what ultimately sold me on the unit. However - this is not a true statement and the air DOES in fact get heated up. Now the sales person has backtracked and is saying that it 'minimised any heating', which is not what he said to me in person when he was here.

The other problem I have is that when the summer vent is left on overnight (warm night, roof still hot, thought it would be nice to get air flow) it can make the indoor humidity very high. I was told by the installers that there's no humidity sensor on the outside vent, which I guess is why the system brings in air that is more humid than inside.

The whole purpose of me getting this whole system was to reduce the humidity and bring cooler air from outside when my house heats up too much.

I still have to use my air conditioning (heat pump) unit to bring the humidity and temperature down quite a lot of the time.

It is nice to have the airflow in the house now, so the base system has been good in that regard, but it didn't reduce the humidity at all on its own and the summer vent has made the humidity worse if anything even though it does feel nice to have fresher air coming in in the evenings - it doesn't necessarily feel like it's giving its money's worth at this point (I've had the upgrade a couple of weeks so far).

Very happy with our DVS. We replaced an old HRV unit with DVS using old outlets etc. we also installed a complete new DVS in a minor dwelling on the property. This dwelling had a cold bedroom on the South side, so we had a heated ceiling vent installed.
This has made a fantastic difference keeping the room at a constant temperature.
We have also noticed a big difference in noise or lack of from both the fan units and vents. I quite often have to check the control pad to see it’s operating.

Lara was amazing to deal with and was incredibly understanding of our budget and what we wanted for our home. The team was quick to install the system and we’ve noticed incredible improvements in our home. So happy with how warm our house feels now. Thanks DVS team!

Wonderful service and a very helpful team- I can highly recommend them. They are very practical in their approach to everything they do and very easy to communicate with.

DVS were always prompt and helpful when contacted and good at reminding me about when DVs needed new filters etc

Lara was a great rep for your company. She made us feel assured that we were making the right choice going with DVS. She was knowledgeable and we felt like we knew what we were getting. We ended up replacing our bathroom fan at the same time. Such a game changer! It actually works (whereas our other one did not!). We are so stoked with the product so far and glad we got the TemperVent add ons.

R&E are easy to deal with, prompt and direct responses with no messing around! Amazing value compared to many other electricians! No wonder they're always well booked up, and also the trusted installer for DVS! Probably my 10th job with them now!

The service was prompt. There were no surprises. It was very organised, every person came prepared. The information supplied was easy to understand and the advice trustworthy.

Fantastic experience. Our salesperson was lovely, very knowledgeable and available for any questions. Install was fast and mess free.
The house is now dry and warm! We didn’t expect to notice the difference so fast but woke up the next day with dry windows and a warm house. Really happy.

We are very happy with our DVS system. I wish we had it installed sooner. There is no more dampness and the house feels warmer. The process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. It was pleasure to deal with Lara our local agent and Sam who installed the system.

I love how Lara from DVS makes any service that I require Quick and organised and super easy to book in, which makes my to do list get smaller. Appreciate the service reminders and options of what I would like done.

Having a DVS installed in my house has been a game changer and the best money I've spent this year. I have a new home and the difference it's made has been amazing. Besides no more condensation, we no longer need to run the heat pump during the night and there's been no need to set the timer for it to come on in the afternoon as the house quickly heats up once the heating is turned on after work. Also, we've hardly used the gas fire at all. The house feels so much drier and is a lot easier to heat. Right form the first contact I made the DVS, the service has been exceptional, and I have since referred friends and family to DVS.
