Russell is absolutely incredible at R & E Electrical for certainty in terms of communication, professionalism and quality to go the extra mile every time.

Delivered on everything … cleaned up mess and took rubbish away. Very respectful of home.

Clear concise communication. Tradesmen on time and thorough. DVS also remind me of filter changes which protects the system ( and my houses' and my health)

I contemplated for a while about getting a DVS put into my older home,
I was sick of the condensation and mildew, I’ve had DVS in my home for around 5 weeks now and what an incredible difference it has made I’ve already noticed how much warmer it is and how much dryer it is.
Also being able to see the roof temp and house temp is awesome! I Haven’t had one drip of condensation, I had Greg Brown come to my home and work out what system would be best and explained to me how everything worked.
I was a bit nervous about spending $4K+ encase it didn’t work but he put my mind at ease.

The staff at DVS were so helpful and informative that it made the whole process of getting the unit installed so easy.
Caleb who installed the unit kept in touch with regards to the time he would arrive and had a lot of knowledge about the best places to put the vents.
I have had no more condensation since the unit went in and that is amazing, my house is so much dryer.
Definitely recommend this company.

From the initial meeting with Lara to the installation by Brendan and Kade the whole process has been easy. Even when I asked for things to be moved slightly or changed my mind to align the vent with something else, the team worked hard, were accommodating and left everything very tidy.

We bloody love the system as no more having to dry windows, worrying about the damp and damage being done to the house. Wish we had it put in years ago. Fabulous! 🙌

What an experience! The team at DVS did a fantastic job installing our DVS Reclaim Ventilation System. Despite an initial delay due to a communication hiccup causing not all the equipment to arrive at the same time, a second installation date was set. The team turned up and completed the job excellently.
Additionally, we had a bad experience with AVS – Air Conditioning & Ventilation Services, which I have posted reviews about. Greg Brown from DVS assisted us in remedying AVS's poor workmanship. The experience with DVS was commendable. Greg maintained excellent communication throughout and is definitely an honourable person. I would highly recommend DVS Ventilation Systems and services. If only I had known at the time of installing our Centralised Heat Pump Ducted System with AVS, I wish I had used DVS for both the Heating & Ventilation (Reclaim) from the start.

The initial quote we received with different options was very detailed, and the expert advice given helped us in deciding to pick DVS. On installation day, our installer, Joesph, couldn't have been more helpful. He was polite and efficient and worked with us to select the optimal places to put the vents in each of the rooms. He showed me how to use the system. We are thrilled with it. Our house is warmer and dryer as a result and all the condensation that we get on the windows in winter has disappeared. Thank you!!

Our installer Ajit was unfailingly polite, warm and informative. He kept me updated via phone as to his arrival and did his work with a minimum amount of disruption to our home. We have 3x people who work from home. I was going to vacumn before the installation but our householders said don't bother, you will need to do it afterwards anyway. Well Ajit left the house cleaner than he arrived, vacuuming thoroughly after his work. He used drop cloths anyway, to go under the parts where he had to drill to place in the units. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends, family and everyone else. It is not too often you can wholeheartedly say that a company was 100 percent excellent.

I am very pleased with my DVS choice.
Lara was kind, polite with good communication skills, not pushy at all and organised the best deal for my needs.
Sam was friendly, very efficient and professional.

Lara and Andy are our local DVS team and their customer service is 2nd to none. Always friendly and easy to deal with, and provide a prompt, professional service. I definitely recommend them :-)

From the initial email enquiry all the way to the install, DVS have been such professionals. Lara the sales person explained everything so clearly and was
so knowledgeable.The install was executed flawlessly by Sam the sparky - and it was a tricky install with a low roof cavity. System works a treat with no more crying windows. The control panel is so simple and straight forward to utilise. Couldn’t be happier!

We had a dvs system installed in 2010 , all had been good until a few days ago when we noticed it had stopped , rang DVS for help only to be told its was a dry solder joint problem ..they said to basically remove the system from inside the ceiling and take to an appliance service company to have it repaired..they don’t have new parts etc ..they couldn’t even suggest who to take it to in out area .. we rang about 4 companies and were asked how DVS knew what the problem was without checking it …asking a lot for people to just get up there and remove the system,, it’s not like we do this every day …basically feel like they wash their hands of the problem and unless you want an upgraded system then they will fall over backwards to help …customer service is crap ..
So at the moment we are at a stand still

Not relevant in NZ. We have unplugged ours.

Would be more useful in China or India.

People on this page are raving about the installers but they are just local tradesmen. They aren't DVS themselves. I've had problems with cold air coming in, have spoken with customer services only to get talked over and, after 2 yrs (most of that with my system shut off), I've had to pay to get a non associated electrician to come out and inspect the system. Communication is terrible. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for the installers to call me back (still waiting). The rep was supposed to have come out to site last year - no call and no show. I'm no idiot, have a brain and technically minded, so if I needed help then I'd say there's a fair few others that have just given up. Wasted money. The other issue is that I can't employ my new (helpful) electrician to source componentry required to do a minor upgrade. DVS needs to make this available.

Whilst at this time we aren’t going with DVS, in the future we will. That is solely down to the Sales Representative Lara.
She came out to our home to offer a free quote, promptly provided it and was extremely patient and prompt with all of our questions. She understood the market and was able to provide us with clear understanding as to why competitor quotes were different, without any disrespect to them or their offering.
Her follow up was not harassing but it was consistent, I requested communication via text/email and she was more than happy to comply. Initially we had to delay, she was understanding and again, prompt with a follow up communication when our timeline was back on track.
There was never any pushing from her and kept us up to date with sales or promotions as she was aware we were price conscious.
Lara is the reason in the future we will move ahead with DVS.
Lara is the reason for my trust in this company and my understanding of the product and market.
