Amazing service from initial enquiries to actually receiving delivery of my new bike. Living on an Island has many downsides, one being the ability to get special items. Having placed an enquiry email, I received a very prompt reply, followed by a phone call to answer all my questions before placing an order. I was told a delivery date, and true to their word the âspecial itemâ arrived, safely packed. All staff that I had any contact with were knowledgeable and efficient, I also realise that there are other members of staff that I didnât need to have contact with, but are obviously involved in the packing and distribution of each and every order. So well done team.

Purchased a folding electric bike from these guys and the service was first class, from quote to purchase and delivery.
Three months in I had an issue with the bike (due to user error) which they tried to help me fix, as it was a bit more complex they emailed and confirmed a brand new bike would be sent out to me and within 2 days I received a new bike and they arranged collection of the old one!

I have just had the most heart-warming experience from EBikesdirect.
I own a Batribike Breeze (not the most fashionable as electric bikes go) and lost the manual.
I explained by email that I am a single woman and do my own repairs, but desperately need the manual to guide me.
Within the hour they had replied saying that they were on the case and just half hour later emailed again with a link to the manual.
I was delighted, not only with their efficiency but with the way they took me seriously and genuinely wanted to help. I promptly printed out all 27 pages. Job done!

Just received my Haibike Fullseven 4 and couldnât be more satisfied with the service I received from Danny and David. I had a Halfords cycle to work voucher which they were happy to accept and pre-ordered the bike early September. It took ages for me to receive my LOC but nevertheless they reserved the bike for me. The bike came extremely well packaged from a good courrier and had been very well assembled.
Will definitely use them again.

The bike I ordered was an ex-demo model (Dawes Breeze step-through) which had been reduced in price. It arrived very quickly and looked great. However, there was a loud noise coming from it when I rode it, which seemed to get worse. Darren in customer service advised me to try several things, none of which worked, and in the end we had to pack it up and send it back as a return. I ordered an upgraded model (Raleigh Motus GT) and paid the difference in price. Because of the delivery driver situation at present, it all took a long time, during which Darren kept me informed about what was happening, he was so helpful, I was very impressed with how patient he was with my worries about the delays. Yesterday my new bike arrived, looking fantastic! It's the best bike I've had, ever! looking forward to many many miles of cycling! I've only had one spin on it so far, and it's great! powerful motor, easily manouverable despite how heavy it is - it's very well built, very solid, and a nice green/black colour. I'm looking forward to many miles of cycling in the next few years! Again, a big thank you to Darren, in Customer Services!

The easiest 5 star I've ever given a company.
I wanted to get my bike through the Bike2work scheme. The process was a little bit lengthy but E Bikes Direct kept my desired bike reserved for quite some time for me of which was really appreciated.
Once the scheme had been approved, they helped me along every step of the way and notified me at each stage of processing. The bike was processed and sent to me within the week.
During my purchase, I have spoken to several staff from this company and their response times are fantastic. I never waited over 5 minutes on the phone and they usually got back to me via email within half an hour mostly.
Big shout-out to one of their customer services staff Danny whose had to bear the brunt of my enquiries. He has frequently gone above and beyond to really make me feel valued as a customer.
The product it's self (Crussis Guera E-Bike) is AMAZING! Although I've only just really had chance to test it, I've loved every minute so far.
All in all, fantastic company, fantastic product and I look forward to shopping with them in the future and will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family!

Just cannot praise these enough. I order my first bike with them end of July, delivery to Jersey was so quick. Unfortunately I ordered a bike far too big for me. So I sold it on the island and ordered a 2nd bike. Arrived today.
