Same as previous reviewer - they dont mention anything about the customs duty you have to pay when goods come into the country so their advertising is misleading, contrary to advertising standards, the company cannot be trusted - be very very careful as the price you are quoted is not the price you pay and these items are not cheap
Beware customs duty
Beware customs duty: I wrote a review on Thursday 30th August - but there is no sign of it. Can the company delete a review? I was unhappy about a huge customs duty bill. £102 on top of my order which was increased at the companie’s suggestion as a “ one time offer” of 3 extra bottles of Easy Flex for £88 ( on top of my regular order for 3 bottles costing £188). There was absolutely no mention of the possibility of any customs duty to be paid.
I am waiting for a full refund as I declined receipts of the parcel.
I sincerely hope that my refund is processed within the 21 days promised. I shall post again to confirm what happens…..

The full refund was processed which was great. It took a few weeks, but I got it. Sadly I won’t be reordering though as the duty - if applied- is prohibitive.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
I'd give no stars if that was an option. Very expensive but having tried cheaper things and not working I thought I'd give it a go as really suffering with pain and difficulty walking which is my life. Received email to say they'd been delivered but didn't receive them. Contacted customer services and couldn't tell me where they'd be delivered to. Several weeks later turned up at neighbours house but no one had informed me, they were waiting for me to collect. Eventually started taking them and after a few weeks still no difference. Was told to keep taking them as can take a while. Contacted customer services again and was told couldn't use the money back guarantee as over the time frame which was never highlighted when I purchased them or contacted them the several times I had to. Useless product, very expensive and appealing customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Beware custom charges
The product Easy-flex I have used for a year and I believe it has had excellent results for my arthritic knee.
However on a recent order for a further 3 bottles of tabs I received an invoice from Royal Mail for £71.67 customs charge. The package would not be delivered until paid!

Unfortunately there's not a 1/2 star rating.
I've been taking e-Health Labs "Easy Fungus" supplements now for 3 months, exactly as per instruction, and they are absolute rubbish, and have made zero difference to my toenails! The (apparent) Doctor said I would see results in 2 weeks....nothing, and certainly after 3 months, yet nothing. I feel stupid for wasting so much money on this product. I wrote a complaint to e-healthLabs, only to be advised yet again how great the product was and I should give it more time (of course involving buying more of the same crap product). Save your money, have an M&M each day instead, you'll get the same results!

Easy fungus disappointment
I ordered Easy fungus from this company and it gave my husband mouth ulcers each time he tried to use it. I have persistently tried to contact them via email and phone since to arrange return of un used bottles and refund to no avail.

Positive experence so far.
I am an Industrial Chemist so was able to understand many of the arguments for the ingredients in the Easy Prostate formula. They make sense in terms of herbal knowledge available in the public domain.
A quick survey of other potential remedies to combat the causes and symptoms of enlarged prostate showed that they use a more comprehensive mix than others on the market, so I gave the product a try.
I have to say that it took about a month to make a significant difference to my symptoms but I expected that from their videos and web site. I must also emphasise that I discussed the issue with my GP and had tests done to ensure as far as possible that cancer was not indicated. I continue to take the preparation and so far the symptoms are under control but have not completely disappeared. I count this as a success when compared to my condition when I first started taking it about a year ago.

The product Easy Flex (a pain relieving capsule) does exactly as it promised
The pelvic girdle pain that I have suffered from for many years is greatly alleviated such that I can now bend to pick up things from the floor.
A marginal point is that the first bottle took 10 days to arrive - the back end of the anticipated time
Also a re-order took a similar time which meant that I was without for a few days

This product is beyond amzing. I could not go up 6 stairs without been in pain, now i can go up a full flight of stairs no problem. Also it did make my hair stronger and generally better condition. In all this product is definately worth buying.

Great for pain caused by Gerd
I’m writing this review now because I want people to know that this easy digest product really helps me. I suffer from Gerd and I have food intolerances too and these capsules really are a Godsend . I’m from Ireland and I have no connection with this company whatsoever apart from buying the product . The only problem is the price. They are so expensive so I only use them when I get a flare up. Thank you Easy Digest . I still have some capsules left but when they’re gone, I will definitely buy again.

I purchased three tubs of Easy Slim on the 13th December and after the first month nothing was happening, so I telephoned the company about it and they suggested I try another month and if they still didn't work send the two tubs I had left( one full and one empty- I had unknowingly thrown away one tub, so they told me that I wouldn't be getting a refund for that, see the terms and conditions! I asked for an address label as directed and duly posted them back first class post, with all of the relevant customs declaration completed on the 27th February and obtained a Certificate of Posting and was told it would be with the company in 3 to 5 days. I spoke to a man, I think called Toby and told him exactly what I done and he said there should not be any problem as there was two weeks before their apparent deadline. After five days had elapsed, I started to telephone and e-mail and was always told that nothing had arrived. After much chasing, I had an e-mail on the 21st March saying that my package had arrived, but it was past their refund date so they would not be refunding me anything. I feel utterly disgusted at how I have been treated as I did everything by the book and in good faith. Before I ordered this product in December,I foolishly failed to read other reviews which appear to be along the same lines, I would certainly recommend others to do so.

Unethical and dishonest organisation
Terrible experience. Original order interrupted, Received link asking me to resume, which I did. Confirmation came but wrong product. Challenged immediately. They said already dispatched (clearly a lie). Sent back but they wouldn't accept. Complete waste of money. These people are fundamentally dishonest.
Follow-up. They called me to dispute the facts. Very offensive and rude. Firstly said they hadn't received and then acknowledged they may have refused receipt. Said I should have waited for their forms. Confirmed I had sent to correct address. Asked why they didn't send forms at once. Just repeated themselves. Whole tone aggressive and insulting. Said I'd post this. They said they would dispute and get it taken down!
Their response is disengenuous. They acknowledged that they refused receipt in tel call. They said I should have waited for forms but that was first I'd heard of forms despite email correspondence. Their tone was aggressive. I explained whole thing to them. They don't listen and said so many poor reviews was small sample.

Firstly I wouldn't even give them1star but a minus had to plus or wouldn't have been able to write anything.
I would advise anyone to stay away from this company and their products. Why you might say? Well as far as their 90 DAY GUARANTEE is concerned here are some facts. I ordered their Easy Flex Product on the 1st of December 2022 and received them on the 6th January 2023 that was 37 DAYS LATER. Firstly, it took them 6 days to get them to their courier and a further 31 days for their courier to deliver them to me from France to Aberdeen in Scotland unacceptable in any one’s language but not their’s it seems as it’s part of the GUARANTEE but not written in black and white only 90 DAYS from date of sale and it doesn’t matter how long it takes to reach the buyer it seems as they take no responsibility. No I don’t live on the moon as you see and believe it or not these 37 DAYS are part of the 90 DAY GUARANTEE? And according to them my responsibility as per there conditions of sale but nowhere does it say the buyer is responsible for the unreasonable time taken for delivery. I contacted them several times after purchase and before receiving the items and they informed me it could take 2 – 3 weeks for delivery due to their courier Royal Mail but then it took them 6 days to get them there in the first place but then again that is down to me so they say. From Thursday 1st to Tuesday 6th. December. If delivery had taken 2- 3 weeks it could be a bit acceptable due to that time of year but 37 DAYS and they are not only making it my responsibility but blaming Royal Mail their courier but they knew who they were using and their problems not me and could have used another courier instead especially in the 6 DAYS it took to get the items to the courier in the first place. Using a different courier the product could have been delivered in a reasonable time. I then find out after using the item that for best results they need to be taken for up to 8 weeks that’s 56 +37 = 93 DAYS and 3 DAYS beyond their guarantee. After 48 +37 DAYS = 85 DAYS I feel this product is not doing anything for me and decide to return them in the order to receive a refund. I send them off to the address they supplied me. Then there is another problem as the courier I used cannot contact then through the address given to check for the return and import them back into FRANCE, yes that’s where they come from and need to be returned to. I supply the courier with some further information I find on their web site and emails. So further delays which means they will not receive them until after their cut off day 1st March 2023 for a refund of their original date of sale Ist December plus 90 DAYS of which the first 37 they were not in my hands. The return of the product to them took less than 12 days and was 6 days after their cut off date so I will not receive any refund. On top of all this these items are not a cheap product. On top of all this these items are not a cheap product. I am sure there is something out there that is much more reasonable priced that will work and be delivered in far less time than 37 days. If not I am sure for poor delivery I would be offered a refund,or a reduction in price at or before the time of delivery or at least the 90 DAY Guarantee extended by a few weeks since it took them 7 weeks to get from France to Aberdeen. But then after them calling me on the phone and talking to them it is very clear what type of company they are and their roots. So you have been warned they are rip off merchants.
Since I first wrote this I have made an edit as e-healthlabs have tried to get this flagged and obviously removed because they said this is not based on a genuine experience, but I have sent Trustpilot all the facts and figures through emails sent back and forth with e-healthlabs and copies of courier delivery time lines to prove it all correct. Mind you when I spoke to them on the phone they did say then they would remove anything I wrote and put on their website as a review and I told them there were more websites out there than theirs. Says more about the company.

Guarantee not as stated in advertising
I ordered products against a clearly stated guarantee which said, you have 90 days to test. I have photographic evidence of the add. Product took a long time arriving but I'm now told the 90 day return is from the date of order, it took over a week to dispatch and several more to arrive but they will not accept the 90 day to test. The product did not work and the customer service attitude stink
I see I am now accused of abuse of returns policy under guarantee - I have tried 3 products for prostate, sliming and eye health - neither have worked, or shown any sign of improvement. (The slimming product did initially seem to work, but the improvement did not continue) I tried all 3 in good faith and was disappointed, I really wanted an improvement in my eye sight, but it did not happen.
The guarantee states 90 days to try. As such this is a trade description as the 90 days is from order to acceptance of the return back at E-Health I believe that a guarantee for 90 days to try / evaluate should allow 90 days NOT 90 days less dispatch, delivery and return postage. The published guarantee as shown on the website when I purchased did not mention of 90 days 'subject to conditions'
