Guarantee not as stated in advertising
I ordered products against a clearly stated guarantee which said, you have 90 days to test. I have photographic evidence of the add. Product took a long time arriving but I'm now told the 90 day return is from the date of order, it took over a week to dispatch and several more to arrive but they will not accept the 90 day to test. The product did not work and the customer service attitude stink
I see I am now accused of abuse of returns policy under guarantee - I have tried 3 products for prostate, sliming and eye health - neither have worked, or shown any sign of improvement. (The slimming product did initially seem to work, but the improvement did not continue) I tried all 3 in good faith and was disappointed, I really wanted an improvement in my eye sight, but it did not happen.
The guarantee states 90 days to try. As such this is a trade description as the 90 days is from order to acceptance of the return back at E-Health I believe that a guarantee for 90 days to try / evaluate should allow 90 days NOT 90 days less dispatch, delivery and return postage. The published guarantee as shown on the website when I purchased did not mention of 90 days 'subject to conditions'

e-Health Labs have extremely questionable practices. Initially I was told that there was no-one to accept the return but was offered 40% refund without having to send the bottles back. Frankly, if they are closing down for the hols, then they should extend the time to return the goods accordingly, so into the New Year!
I persisted but when I tried to complete a return form for the couriers, I needed an EORI number (which is confirmation of a company's identity and required by HMRC: details of which, are available on the government and EU websites, which I have yet to obtain. This morning they are not answering their phones and another email just landed in my inbox.
(Edited 23/2/23) Indeed, if you look at their own response below, they have stated that "Then you decided to post the unwanted product to us and unfortunately it didn't arrive in time. It was for this reason your request for a refund was denied." Now look at the date the response was posted., 16th February only ... Who is it exactly who tells the truth, the person who is constant or who waivers and claims differently at different times?
I followed their instructions to the letter and returned 3 bottles. Two were empty and one still had a few supplements in it. Their actual terms and conditions read: "REFUND POLICY: e-healthlabs offers a 90-day money back guarantee on all products purchased on our website (NOTE: items purchased via third party links, such as Amazon.com or Ebay.com, are not eligible for the 90-day money back guarantee).
This guarantee starts on the day you purchase your product and expires 90 days after that. To benefit from this guarantee, you must return the products, even if EMPTY AND/OR OPENED, accompanied by the completed information sheet with your dated return package before the 90-day period expires."
Initially they had the cheek to send me an email on 29th December, which was the day after the last day to get the bottles back (28th) and said I wouldn't get a penny as they hadn't arrived. I called and they believed that we cannot send anything internationally that is tracked so I checked and found out that actually, it had been delivered on 28th, so there is evidence that they lied to the potential client, me! I still have the email and will not be deleting it, just in case they try to intimidate me.
They are also saying that I don't get a full refund because only one bottle had a few supplements in it so I must have stockpiled them! So they were not going to refund me the 3rd bottle and have deducted £45 from what I am owed under their own Terms and Conditions, which yesterday they said they couldn't do anything about as they didn't make them yet won't honour them either! A full report is going into Action Fraud in addition to the emails sent. Legally whatever they advertise, they should honour, should being the operative word!
Today (23rd Feb) they requested my info via Trust Pilot, which I complied with. I then got a bullying call from them implying they were going to sue me because of my words and said they were processing the package when the email went out saying it had not been received. They even now said to me that the returns are processed in the morning but the email was in the afternoon so that is back to front too.
The story continues! Now they are trying to say that all 3 bottles were empty as per a photo they had, proving this. No, one definitely had a good 15 plus in them so when I refused to budge on that, they then said that I had to prove it. When I said my daughter was here and knows what was sent, they tried to suggest if that was the case, then the Royal Mail must have opened it and emptied the third bottle.
They have no knowledge of British law. The Royal Mail is legally obliged to deliver packages to the addressees and as to tampering with any mail in their possession, it is a criminal offence. Had for example, there been damage (not that a damaged box could unscrew a screw top) then the Royal Mail would have put it into an envelope stating that the item had been damaged in transit and they would have had it delivered in said envelope but if they can't produce it, then they have no basis for the allegation as it obviously didn't happen!
When I originally wrote this review, I copied and pasted the wording from their refund policy. Something which I also have a print screen of confirming it, together with the package ready to go and confirmation of delivery within their time scale despite Christmas and the Royal Mail strikes! I also have an email from them, dated 14/12/22 saying "Please return ALL bottles, opened or not. We must receive all bottles, even those that are already empty."
In their response, they say the package didn't arrive in time. Unluckily for them, I had sent it tracked and was able to prove that actually, yes it had and I had the evidence!

HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT?
On 11 November 2022 I spotted a video on Google for prostate problems. My husband watched it through and we decided to purchase 6 bottles at a reduced price of £199.80. We avoided extra pressure to purchase even more. Everything was in £ sterling. I paid via PayPal. I soon received an order confirmation.
A few days later- the 14th - I tried to seek a tracking number and ended up using the London telephone number and eventually was answered by an American lady. She advised that my order had actually arrived at Heathrow on the 14th and would be handed to the Royal Mail for despatch. She said she'd send me a tracking number. (It was not received)
At the same time of trying to get contact details for this company, I spotted Trustpilot's reviews on e-health, and became concerned with what was going on and their poor ratings. I hoped we would not experience the same. I stepped up by emailing again and finally got tracking details from someone called Harper, supposedly in France, but still showing a London contact telephone number.
Finally on the 23 November, I received advice from the Royal Mail that I would need to pay a Customs charge of £42.75!! I declined and was given the option to get my order returned to sender. I chose this option.
(I have been bombarded with emails from this company since mid-November offering special discounts for Black Friday.... even lower prices.... yet their offers NEVER mention extra charges or any potential custom charges. Why not?)
This is total misselling ...and is completely unacceptable. I don't know how they can do this and expect to be acknowledged as a credible company.
I have exchanged emails today, requesting an immediate refund of my £199.80. They said the Royal Mail would keep it for almost 3 weeks before returning it to them (?) They blamed HMRC and Brexit for the charges. When this order is finally received back to them... my payment would be refunded, eventually...
Their attitude only confirms that they should be avoided at all costs! I am totally disgusted.

Today I have been told that e-health labs require more information and if I fail to submit it, my review could be taken down! (I suppose it's one way of trying to get such critical reviews removed! I note they have suddenly added replies to their customers reviews - months and months late. They are now asking for personal details and order numbers!).
I finally received a refund in January 2023, approximately 2 months from my purchase and after a sustained and determined approach from me. They deducted £10 to cover postage and handling.
Perhaps their chickens are coming home to roost?
They cannot afford to treat customers in this duplicitous manner!

After listening to an hour of convincing hype on their website I was trying to decide whether to order the 6 or 9 pack of Easy Flex but decided to just see if there were any reviews before I laid out my money bearing in mind the conversion rate from AUS dollars to English pounds increases the amount considerably. Thank goodness I did, I was horrified at what people had to say about this company. I am so sorry for all the innocent people who have been duped by this unethical company but ever so glad their experience saved me.

Please do not buy this product. My husband bought me the 3 bottle offer which I took in the hopes of improving the pain in my knee. I stopped taking all other supplements to give Easy Flex the best chance to work. Almost immediately the pain in my knee got worse but I endured for 3 months. Eventually I went back on the Turmeric supplement I usually take and returned to the level of pain I usually felt.
I contacted the company we bought Easy Flex from but basically they did not want to know. I think this is a scam as we paid £189 for something that just did not work.

Didn't receive order and would not refund money
Hi I made an order from this company and never received it. They have tracking information showing it is stuck on the way back to them but will not refund my money. They have clear information saying it was never delivered and has been returned but will not refund me. I am having to take legal advice now.

Not told about shellfish allergen!!
We ordered 6 bottles but when they arrived we found the ingredients contained shellfish which I am allergic to. When I asked them if they would pay for the return (Which is to France, which we didn't know they were coming from) they said this information was on their terms and conditions and they were not going to pay. Also, after seeing people were having difficulty getting their refunds we have decided to give to friend.

Not happy, they only offered the tablets in multiples of 3 or 6 bottles. After consuming nearly all of just 1 bottle and feeling they are not doing what they advertised, I decided to return the remaining 5 sealed bottles. I have rated this 1 star but if I could have left ZERO I would have!!!!!! This company is a disgrace and an embarrassment to France!!! I feel I was tricked into buying 9 bottles at a cost of nearly £300. After 3 weeks of body shakes and heart palpitations I contacted e-health labs for the return address and Heather first tried (hard) to get me to take them for longer (why would I????) and then only gave me the return address after I asked several times. Once the address was given (and the product returned) I received NO MORE EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY!! It was like they had my money and werenât prepared to refund me. Sadly I have misplaced my receipt so the company will not give a refund so my only hope now is to go through my credit card company.

I gained weight during the pandemic like a lot of people. I live alone and kept busy by cooking and baking.... hence the extra weight.
I saw the add on EasiSlim and on reading the reviews
on weight losses of 30lbs + more, I decided to give it a try.
I am a senior citizen on a small pension, so it was quite costly for me, but I managed the fee of £134.70 for 3 x 120capsule bottles, with a guarantee for full refund if it didn't work.
I was due to go away with family over the Christmas period and wanted to lose some weight.
After taking the first 120 capsules to the instructions given, this hadn't worked for me. I contacted e-Health and was offered a 50% reduction in cost and to retain the other 2 x 120 capsules.
AT NO TIME WAS I EVER OFFERED A FULL REFUND. I WAS ONLY OFFERED 50% AND ADVISED TO KEEP TAKING THE CAPSULES THAT WERE LEFT IN THE HOPE THAT THEY WOULD REDUCE MY WEIGHT. IT DID NOT EVEN THOUGH I KEPT TO A HEALTHY EATING DIET THROUGHOUT.
The response received says I did not want to send the capsules back??? Why would I have contacted them in the first place ???
I was desperate to lose the weight so continued with the process. At the end of it all I HAD ACTUALLY GAINED 5ozs. So much for the reviews and adverts. THIS DID NOT WORK FOR ME!!!
I contacted e-Health Labs for a refund of the remaining 50% of the cost paid. I was told that this was not possible as I had accepted 50% discount after completing the first 120capsules!!
This was not the deal at all but I was told that the refund deal had ended on 8th December? It took so long for the products to arrive at my address from France and I was still taking the capsules towards the end of December??
