British gold fluid is the best vape since I gave up smoking. E Vapes are the best supplier off this for cost and delivery. First class all round.

I ordered vapes over 4 weeks ago. Despite being advised that my order was "on its way", nothing has been received. After subsequently contacting the company I was offered th alternative of re-sending the order, or a refund. I agreed to a reorder which was also "on its way" but never arrived. I then asked for a full refund, which I have no record of ever receiving. Be warned!

I ordered my item and the wrong thing was sent (a cheeper product of no use to me) contacted via email immediately and told my correct order would be shipped the next day. It's been nearly 2 weeks and nothing. I have sent multiple emails with no response, sat on the online chat for 30 minutes with no one coming on to talk to me. The customer service has honestly been so disappointing!!! Do not recommend

I love the fact that there is lots of different kinds of vape that you can buy

Extremely Bad Customer Service. It took me 7 days & numerous emails to get the courtsey of a reply and that only after my intention to commence legal proceedings. They should have informed me that the product I ordered was Out Of Stock/Not Available instead they took my money and kept it for almost two weeks before refunding it.

Always have a great experience. I use online and in-store and never had an issue, the customer service team are always super quick to reply with queries and in-store have amazing and knowledgeable staff. Never used another vape store since.

I Clicked Re-Order on my usual purchase i do every month (Toxic Vimto x3 , when the order arrived i noticed the bottles were different to what i was used to. I assumed it was just a rebrand or updated packaging but the eliquid was nothing like the flavor i love. It was not nice at all...in fact i would go as far as to say it was unvapable seeing as this was over 2 months ago and i still have my full 360ml sitting in the kitchen.

I have emailed and used the live chat several times and to which i have still received absolutely zero response. Guess ill just bin the 3 bottles and say goodbye to my £32.

Summary: Everything is fine until something goes wrong...then good luck :)

I ordered my usual Artisan British Gold Tobacco flavoured oil but it's not the same. Rotten flavour and very yellowy in colour. Very disappointed.

Ordered a tank on there , never got shipped out , I then tried to cancel it , got a few replies then they never sent me the confirmation of cancel and never got the refund

No hassle ordering from web site, fast delivery and liquids are very flavourful. I bought the Toxic Red A and Toxic Menthol. I would definitely recommend the online ordering and the choice of liquids you can buy from their shop.
