If you need prideful life never be with these corn artist. It’s not a business. It’s just cheering innocent people in UK. 30 min to answer phone call. No gas and electricity for 2 days and still cannot send anyone to fix the issue. Will charge them for criminal offences to not supply utility to innocent people

Your service full rubbish and your gas & electric very expensive in 3 weeks I paid £200 just electric. When you set up smart gas and electric to my house now over 3 weeks I am waiting for key and cart for top up how long i should waiting for it ? And when I calling over 15-20 minutes nobody anser fhone your are full rubbish. I am going to change my supplier. Please nobody waste money and time with this fake and expensive company they never not help

Compared to other companies you get through very quickly. I called in and a lovely gentlemen helped me understand the app and now its brilliant. Prices are much cheaper than BG

I didn't expect much when I switched to E from my previous supplier around 6 month ago because I always thought all suppliers was the same. Since Iv been with E Iv been nothing but impressed. The customer service is brilliant ( I spoke to them a few times) the response times are efficient, the prices are the cheapest Iv encountered and for the first time I'v qualified for the warm home discount! Not one single complaint, so if your thinking of moving over, I doubt you'll regret it. I tell all my family and friends to switch to E!

Also, shout out to Charmaine who was very patient with me today and was very friendly and professional. All a lovley team.

I use a lot of electric being a single mom and an electric only house. E has great cheap prices. I love using the app and get notifications when my balances are low.

I did have a problem and due to my mental and physical health problems, I was struggling to sort it out, which delayed the process greatly. However, once my case reached Karl, in the complaints department. He resolved the matter very quickly and has restored my faith in human kindness. Plus, he was very understanding regarding my anxiety with talking on the phone and my FND, making my body going into spasms. The Engineer, that came out, was also lovely and caring to me, both on the phone and whilst looking at my meter. I appreciate, very much, both their caring and compassionate handling of my complaint and by turning a bad experience around. Karl has also made me feel much better, with a very lovely token, so that I can have heating and hot water, without having to worry so much, which I greatly appreciate.
