The E7 team provided me with an excellent delivery rate this winter. They were prompt, careful, and trustworthy. Stan and Rita were of great assistance to me.

Reliable with great Customer Service! E7 provides fast, reliable service, and always does everything they can to remedy any issues you may experience.

I spent 1.5 months at E7, where I generated approximately €1,000 per day in sales.

When I wanted to scale up a product, I clearly asked for a few quality checks.
When I received these, everything seemed fine, until the packages arrived.

After approximately 12 days, the orders were delivered, but there were a lot of returns. E7 had sent different quality than they said they would.

The delivery time was longer than promised, and they were unable to look into ways to shorten the delivery time.

The real trouble started when Cecil went on vacation for a week without notice, and the entire fulfillment process came to a halt.
I sent several messages and tried to call, but there was no answer.

It was only a week later that he sent a text message: “Sorry, I was on vacation and forgot to text you.”

When I later wanted to sell a completely different product that they could get, we agreed that it would be delivered in a box.

Unfortunately, the ‘luxury’ items arrived in a plastic bag with bubble wrap.

When a customer placed an order for almost €1000 with the same webshop, they later found out that they couldn't deliver every item; 6 days later, they still hadn't shipped the order, which meant I had to collect a chargeback of almost €1000.

After that, I immediately stopped working with them.

In short, they are far too careless with your money and customers and do not honor any promises.

Its a real nightmare. Its now the second time that no one responds me and they still have products of mine. Im trying to text them daily for over a week now but get no response. I would call the Support miserable and I even consider that they scammed some people.

Please look for a diffrent supplier. Even aliexpress is better. Delivery time more than 30 days. Bad quality products en wrong items. They are a complete scam. Worst supplier i ever worked with.

E7 Dropshipping is a SCAM – Avoid at all costs!

I lost thousands of euros due to the terrible service from E7 Dropshipping. They sent poor-quality products, took over 40 days to deliver, and when I raised disputes, they ignored me completely. I agreed to get a refund for the missing items, just the cost price, but now they refuse to respond.

Do not trust them, especially Cecil. This company is nothing but trouble.

I strongly advise against working with E7 Dropshipping – and especially DO NOT work with Cecil. My experience with them has been a complete disaster:

Unbelievably long shipping times – Orders took over 40 days to arrive.

Half-empty and wrong shipments – Many packages contained only half of the products I paid for or completely wrong items.

Terrible customer service – They ignore you completely once they have your money.

Ridiculous pricing – Their prices make no sense and seem totally random.

Massive financial loss – I lost thousands of euros because of disputes caused by receiving low-quality products and experiencing extremely long shipping times. I had agreed that they would refund me only the cost price for the products they failed to deliver, but now they are completely ignoring me.

NEVER work with E7 Dropshipping, and absolutely DO NOT trust Cecil. This company is nothing but a scam, and you will regret doing business with them.

E7 dropshipping you can thank stanley hwang, for the baddest service ever, i am happy i didnt start with them, even for small question or something they wont take you seriously, stan never reply just in the start, after he never reply, no communication, 0 effort. If i could prinstscreens by here i would send the whole conversations with stanley and others from e7. Then everyone would know, and nobody will work with this kind of jokers bah😂, i am happy i didnt start with them now i have another professional private supplier, responds on everything within 30 sec - 1 minute. They are like friends or great colleagues with good intentions and a heart for the job. Also the new supplier is so funny every day, wich is also good for working and great positive energy. Even if you would ask anything not telated to dropshipping he will answer like friend, people like that are gold. Not shit like E7, i warn with this from deep of my heart, all the new potential upcoming dropshippers to not start or work with this jokers from E7 especially Stanley Hwang. They dont give a fu*k about you or you business or you customers. If anyone need prove let me know, i started to talk to them in November 2023, since then i found lot of excellent private supplier, and the last message to stanley hwang was 7 oktober 2024, still giving no fuc*k about my messages, and not even reading 👏

Can only warn everyone against working with this dubious company. We have not received a reply to messages for 4 days, open orders are also not being processed, items that have already been paid for have still not been sent after 6 days. Rip-off, extremely unreliable and brazen.

I have recently placed multiple orders and spent thousands of euros on fulfilling my orders with this supplier. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the service I have received.

While some of my orders have been shipped properly, I have noticed that a significant number of them have not been processed. As a customer, I expect my orders to be handled promptly and correctly, especially given the amount of money I have invested.

This has led to a significant increase in returns, which is extremely concerning for my business. The poor quality and lack of consistent fulfillment are issues that anyone considering this fulfillment company should be aware of.

What makes the situation even worse is that I have not received any response to my messages for almost a week, despite seeing that they have been read on WhatsApp. Good communication is crucial, especially when issues arise, and the lack of response is unacceptable.

I had really expected more from this partnership and hope that there will be a swift improvement in both order processing, product quality, and communication. I strongly caution others to think carefully before choosing this fulfillment company.

If you are looking for a reliable dropshipping agent, E7 is the right place for you. They work very quickly and the product prices are really fair. Even large daily orders are processed quickly and reach the customer in a short time. Highly recommended.

E7 is a good supplier, work with them since the beginning of my online business. Worked with some other supplier but overall still working with e7 because they have good prices, fast shipping and good communication!

Ich würde jeden, der mit Dropshipping beginnt, e7 empfehlen. Ich arbeite seit beginn mit dem e7 Team zusammen. Im vergleich zu anderen Agenten, habe ich hier immer die besten Preise erhalten. Auch sonst wurde ich von ihrer Arbeit nie enttäuscht, wenn es Probleme gibt werden diese diskutiert und für jeden einzelnen gelöst. Auch Fehlerhafte Lieferungen sind bei mir noch nie vorgekommen. Bestellungen werden täglich und schnell ausgeführt. Bei Fragen erhält man immer zeitnah eine Antwort. Sie haben ein sehr großes Sortiment, bis jetzt habe ich es noch nicht erlebt das sie etwas nicht da hatten, bei Fragen zu neuen Produkten wird sich Zeitgenommen. Natürlich kann nicht immer alles glänzend sein, ich persönlich muss die Lieferzeiten etwas bemängeln, da die Produkt teilweise zu lange und unterschiedliche Lieferzeiten haben. Ich bleibe trotzdem bei 5 Sternen da man die Möglichkeit zu schnellerem Versand nach einem kleinen Aufpreis hat und natürlich das gute mehr als überwiegt.

I've had a great experience with E7. In the past I've had agents be very slow and provide bad quotes, send wrong sizes etc etc.

With E7, each order is fulfilled one day after purchasing, they have quick delivery times, quotes are cheap, can handle large scale, would recommend!
