Duplicate books.
I receive a email with books that are going to be in the next package and the books donât always match. We have gotten at least three duplicate books.
In response to your reply I will send you a copy of all the books received. Also, most the time the books we receive notification that we are going to receive are not what is in the package. We keep all the books together and I will send a email to customer service with ALL the books we received in addition to duplicates. The receipts that come in the package with the titles of the books that are included do no match what was in the package. I will get back to you on this.
