I signed up for a subscription but didn't get what I was supposed to. When I went to cancel my subscription it was extremely difficult. Everything has to be canceled separately.

I want to share my honest experience with Earth Breeze because it’s a mix of a great product and a somewhat confusing subscription setup.

My original order was about $55.00, and I truly believed I was making a one-time purchase to try out different fragrances. About 30 days later, I received an email saying they were processing another order for $71.00—and that’s when I realized I had been signed up for a subscription without fully realizing it.

I responded within 24 hours asking what they meant, and I will say their customer service was excellent. They got back to me quickly, and I told them I did not want a subscription and wanted everything canceled. While handling that, I also logged into my account and noticed there were actually multiple subscriptions listed, which was confusing. I wasn’t sure if it was based on different scents or something else, but it definitely wasn’t clear.

They followed up right away confirming that my subscriptions were canceled, which I appreciated. However, they also explained that the current $71.00 order was already being processed and couldn’t be stopped. I asked if they could cancel it anyway, and they politely told me to contact them once I received it to see what could be done.

Once the order arrived, I decided to keep it. Honestly, I do like the product—it works well, smells great, and I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of repackaging and returning it.

Overall, I think Earth Breeze has a really good product and very responsive customer service. My only concern is how the subscription is presented. It should be much clearer during checkout, and having multiple subscriptions show up on my account made things even more confusing.

Just a heads up—make sure you double-check your order so you’re not automatically enrolled in a subscription unless that’s what you actually want.

HUGELY expensive. Apparently, I was supposed to receive some "free gifts" with my first order but received nothing but a thin envelope of what looks like small slips of paper. I suppose those are made of detergent. I only tried them once and could not tell if they cleaned the clothes or not. There was no fragrance, one way or the other. All of a sudden I received an email from them this morning (Saturday a.m.), acknowledging a second "order" (which I did not order) and telling me they had sent me ANOTHER shipment, without giving me a chance to say no. When I wrote them and told them I had not even had a chance to use the first envelope of detergent sheets, they responded claiming that I had agreed to a subscription and hoping I enjoyed the detergent and the "free gifts." What a smarmy thing to say! There were NO FREE GIFTS and the detergent is way too expensive. These people are scammers.

I ordered from this company through social media add. I ordered several products from them. I never ever saw anything suggesting a reoccurring payment or subscription! I now have a notification saying they are charging me twice what I paid before with an order I never made. Earth Breeze is a total scam company being very sneaky and fooling customers into a reoccurring plan without making it clear that is what you are signing up for!!! Customers beware of this company that acts all nice and kind in their advertising, even encouraging seniors, then scamming you into a reoccurring payment and product!!!! Don’t buy from this company!!!!

I have sent 3 notices via email to CANCEL my subscription. I've been billed for a 2nd time. And I have to put in a stop payment (which costs money) against this company.
The laundry sheets are ok. I've never had to wash my washing machine...

I tried to get a refund on an annual subscription that they sneakily got me to sign up for that I did not want. When I saw the charge, I called for a refund, and they’re telling me that because it’s already shipped, I’ll need to wait for it to arrive, ship it back, and only then will they maybe issue a refund. We both know they can cancel their shipment while it’s still on the way. They’re just banking on my not going through the hassle, but I sure am. I’ve never left a bad review in my life.

I previously enjoyed using earth breeze, but the sneaky way they signed me up for a subscription destroyed my trust in them. I buy a years worth of detergent at a time to use less packaging and buy in bulk.
Imagine my surprise when I was charged a month later for another years worth of detergent!!
Their chatGPT customer support was at least able to cancel the recurring subscription, but now I'll need to go through the hassle of returning what was already shipped. I'll never buy from Earth Breeze again.
Luckily Hank Green recently came out with an alternative eco friendly detergent sheets.

I watched an entire video ad that was placed on Megyn Kelly's YouTube channel. Very slick and polished. So I decided I'd "make a one time purchase" and show some love. Toward the end of the process I realized I was not being given the option of making a one time purchase. I was being forced into a paid subscription.

RED FLAG. FULL STOP.

EarthBreeze product is just ok , but the company are sneaky , trying to trap the subscription on customers. First order 02/28 , they charged again on my account for another order on March 1st instead March 28th. And there are another order scheduled on March 28th . Buyer beware!! Such a scam. Buy it on Amazon if you like the product

Horrible experience with website, order and subscription cancellation and no customer service. Order kept growing while just looking around; subcription happened without my knowledge, cancellation cost me $22 and customer service was a voice mailbox! I'm furious. The stress of dealing with this for almost 3 hours is outrageous. My credit card is charged. The company can't do anything until the money is out of my account, And then I have to wait for Earth Breeze to refund it. So not only did I fall for Earth Breeze website trap; I had to pay $22 to get out of it. Meanwhile almost $200 is out of my availability use on my credit card and I have no idea when it will be put back. I'm beyond angry. I cannot believe this happened. And I'd like to warn people to be careful on this website. There is an order and subscription trap that is difficult and expensive to escape if you get caught.

The sheets stick together so bad wind up using 5 or 6 sheets but fine since one sheet would only be useful if sink washing a pair of socks absolutely NO WAY would a few sheets clean a load of laundry. Leaves dried on smears on laundry, NOT ACCEPTABLE. If there's any humidity or splashed water the entire package of sheets is one big chunk of GLUE LIKE SLUDGE, gross. WASTE OF TIME trying to pry the sheets apart and way too expensive to be so much trouble to wash a load. I had to use an entire package of sheets for bedding and still no fresh smell...!! Last, simply does not "clean" clothes. I had to rewash with regular laundry liquid to remove easy mild stains.

I accidentally signed up for a subscription because it was one of those hidden checks. Had trouble unsubscibing because the website is not user friendly. They refused to refund my money after I returned the item. Held onto my $30 like it was gold.

Love the fact that its no pods!!! It smells so good!! Cleans my clothes great and makes them smell SWEET!!

Love this company! My first order was accidentally sent to the wrong address (my fault). I didn't realize the error until it was too late to update. Earth Breeze sent me a new identical shipment at no cost. Companies like this are few and far between.

Super great product! Your clothes come out clean, with no detergent residue, especially when washing dark or colored clothing. My favorite scent is lavender, but they have other scents to pick from. Their customer service team responds quickly if you have any questions. I

It must have been fate that led me to try this product! It's so easy and convenient, and it cleans my clothes better than any liquid I've used. A genuine thank you for a fantastic product!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are sending me shipments that I did NOT subscribe for. I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCEL. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this hurts me financially. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be contacting our State Attorneys Office for them to review this company's nefarious practices. They take a VERY dim view on scamming senior citizens in this state. SHAME ON YOU EARTH BREEZE!

The product is great and the customer service when I had a question about my order, was outstanding. They got back to me immediately and resolved it as a person btw not some AI response. I highly recommend Earth Breeze.

This is a great company! I have been a loyal customer for several years now on subscription. Not only is their product great but I feel so much better about my purchases knowing their commitment to our environment and not bringing more plastic into our world. Great customer service as well!

It was 9 pm and Earth Breeze customer service manage my subscription right away.
