Unable to cancel subscription you never signed up for to start with.
Clean people will sign you up for a subscription (automatic shipments charged to your credit card every month) unbeknownst to you. When you try to go online on their website you can't unsubscribe. I want to unsubscribe and you have to email customer service )no phone number). I've emailed twice and never received a response, just to cancel subscriptions you never signed up for initially.

We don't have a subscription, I wait for the 30% off sales and stock up. But I love the product. We have used these sheets for several years and find they work great and when on sale they are cheaper than the product we use to use. Our family has snsitive skin, so changing from a product that worked to an unknown was a difficult decision. However, we really hate the plastic involved in laundry detergent and decided to give it a shot with a small first time order. Haven't gone back since. The sheets come in an unscent version and has cauesed not problems with itchy skin for anyone. They clean our laundry and I only occasionally use a stain remover for harder stains, which I had to do with my previous detergent.

I purchased Clean People Dishwasher detergent pods and though they seem to clean the dishes okay, this detergent does not clean the coffee stains from my coffee cups. I went online to see what additive to use and 1 cup of baking soda is recommended. I won't purchase this product again, (however, I love the washing machine sheets).

I tried to cancel my subscription because I noticed sometimes the laundry detergent sheets were not dissolving and for the price that I paid I expected better than that. Anyways, so a box came and they charged me almost $50 so I contacted them right away and told them I wanted to cancel my subscription and that I wanted to return this unopened box, I emailed them three separate times and never got a response about returning the box only that they had canceled my subscription! These people are cons!

Finally found reliable help! The person they sent was punctual, professional, and did a fantastic deep clean. My kitchen has never sparkled so much. Worth every penny.

So far I am very pleased with the cleaning performance and ease of use of the laundry sheets. They also travel well. Have just purchased the dishwasher tablets so can't say how well they work.

I will say why this is not a five-star rating. From the moment I purchased from Clean People I have been inundated with spam aka continual, unending, and unwanted email solicitations to buy more!

My response is "No, thank you." When I want something, I'll find you! Blocking seems to be the only solution.

I responded to their Black Friday sale buy one laundry 96count sheets and get a 32 count free. I also ordered dryer sheets. I never received the free 32 count. When I contacted them all I kept getting was a message saying they don’t stack discounts. They said they applied the 30% discount which is not what I selected. I like the products, so I reordered in February, but instead of getting the dryer sheets I ordered, they sent me 3 bottles of dish soap. They wanted me to send a picture of the box and the product, but I was not able to do that. I don’t think I will order from them again, because they can’t seem to get anything right.

I had high hopes for this clean product but my husband wants to stop using the dishwashing pods because they don't clean well. And I missed the due date for a return.

Sheets smell great but clothes come out smelling of nothing and I use 2 each time.
Very disappointing and not what I was expecting.
Really wanted to love these but won’t be purchasing again.

I received a bill from Clean People for a product I didn’t order. Contacting customer service was a nightmare! The only option was email and I got a form letter back that they would contact me within 72 hours. When they contacted me, they said I must have subscribed when I placed my last order (if that happened-and I have my doubts-the subscription requirement was buried in their sale advertising)-they stated I should have received an email notifying me of the subscription/order (I did not.) They stated that they had already shipped the product (that’s what happens when people can’t contact you immediately!) No refund was offered. I disputed the charge with my credit card and was refunded, but I am appalled by this company’s abominable customer service and what seems to me to be deceptive marketing practices!

The best cleaning products! Feel so much more assured using these around my pets and children vs the brands I grew up with which are jampacked with harsh chemicals. Customer service was so helpful answering questions I had about the ingredients too! I'm definitely going to subscribe to the ones I use the most...

Clean People has been my favorite “eco friendly” laundry brand I’ve tried so far. I loved that I could purchase their sampler package with a variety of scents so I’ve been testing a new scent each week! My absolute favorite is their Fresh scent that leaves my clothing smelling subtly delightful. Keep it up Clean Peeps! Will be trying their dishwashing supplies next!

Shipping was smooth and everything arrived as expected. The product feels thoughtfully made and works well on day-to-day laundry.

Very good! No plastic wraps, no plastic. Been repeated ordering and giving as gifts. I gave a four stars because I feel that it shouldn't be fragrance in it! ;-)
