Arrived basically rotten
Unfortunately something is becoming worse and worse in this company. When I ordered the first time the package arrived faster than Amazon ordered roughly at the same time. I WA super happy and got 3 other friends on the protocol.
Next order was not as fast, but OK, last time it came week after being ordered with raw sclerotia having weird look and off putting smell. If these are supposed to be refrigerated then the logistics clearly do not work. I don't know why it was sent via regular mail which is the slowest way of sending the package.

De producten die we hebben gekocht zijn van hoge kwaliteit en genieten van onze reis met de micro-dosing.
Het zou wel erg gewaardeerd zijn om meerdere opties te hebben over de kwaliteit van de weegschaal.

Expiring date too short, very very disappointed
I bought this Raw Sclerotia because I heard about it from a friend of mine and I was glad to buy on Earth Resonance because of quality of their items.
It arrived at around january 10 and about one week later I started protocol as they advice.
I ended the the first month at about the middle of February, then had a month break. When I was starting the second
month of their protocol on 20 March, I noticed that the expiring date was 29 March, so I had still 3 sealed bag which could be used only within 1 week, not allowing me even to get to the end of their protocol!!!
I'm not used to leave bad reviews, but this time I couldn't miss it. I am very very disappointed, never buy again.

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our product. As we understand it correctly you received the product and finished your cycle of 30 days with our Natural Psilocybe. How was your cycle? Did you follow our Protocol? Did you increase your dosages as recommend in our Protocol? What was your preferred dosage level?
The Natural Psilocybe is a fresh product and contains 16 grams of Psilocybe, enough for 1 dosing cycle. Of course it depends on your preferred dosage level and how much you consume per dosing day, this may vary per person.
The product you bought is only suitable for 1 cycle, because it is a fresh product and the fresher, the more potent.
If I understand it correctly you wanted to use the same product for a second dosing cycle again because you had a lot of the product left? If you dose with a low dosage level, it could be you have a lot of the product left after your first cycle.
If you want to use them for your second cycle, you can can, but you need to dry them first to preserve them for a longer period of time. You can read more on our website at the FAQ section, you can follow the steps on our website.

I'd prefer to be contacted in English. I think I asked before if you had changed your mailing system.
The last info is that the package was "sorted" in NL and that is the last tracking details.
So I'm guessing the package is still in the Netherlands!!
Very poor.
