Mr Khazir at the Streetly branch is friendly, professional, informative and reassuring

I cannot fault the recent experience I had at the Streetly branch. I am a returning customer, and am equally pleased with my second visit as I had been on my first. I booked quickly and easily on the website at a time to suit, and was seen promptly at the time of my appointment. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout the procedure, and my problem is now solved. Thank you again for your help.

Had earwax removed. I went twice, first time my earwax was too hard to remove, and I was advised to use sodium bicarbonate eardrops before my second appointment. Worked fine second time. No extra charge. Note that the Kings Heath branch has moved to Haunch Lane.

Wow. What an excellent experience. Appointment was made and seen within 3 days. The person doing the procedure was so professional and calming. The procedure was painless. Had to go back in 3 days as there was some very stubborn wax. No charge was made for this subsequent visit. When back after the weekend and the receptionist was so kind when I had to keep rescheduling my appointment throughout the day and when I dropped in to say thank you she fitted me in there and then. The whole experience was so efficient and the treatment so effective. Would highly recommend this business in Haunch Lane Billesley Birmingham.

Very great Audiologist Karim done a wonderful job cleaning both my ears, definitely recommend 👍🏼

Brilliant. My ears were checked and were clear and then they checked my hearing as well. Excellent.

Mr Karim at Earwax Specialists is the only person I will see for my ears, having been to others before. He has a lovely manner and makes you feel very calm and relaxed as well as talking you through everything that’s happening. He always has time to answer your questions or concerns too. The new premises at Haunch Lane are great… a relaxed yet professional setting. Do hesitate if you’re thinking about booking!

Very professional organisation which treated me with the utmost care and attention..

My second visit to Mr Karim at Earwax Specialists. This time at their superb new premises at 310 Haunch Lane B13 0QS. It was all very efficient & prompt, from getting an appointment within just a few days when I rang & spoke to the very pleasant receptionist, through to my actual treatment. Mr Karim has a calm & very pleasant manner & will explain details of the treatment fully before proceeding. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

This was my first appointment . Easily booked and fast appointment availability.
Relaxed atmosphere , pleasant surroundings and excellent , friendly treatment from Mr. Karim.

My ears feel much better,

Thank you

Very efficient from making a phone, getting callback within five minutes and getting an appointment for next day within a few minutes. The audiologist was very pleasant and explained everything and after the procedure showed me the video and explained what had been done and what I can do to keep the ears healthy, very pleased.

It was easy to get an appointment to suit me at this nice new location, now in Haunch Lane, Kings Heath. The staff are all really nice and helpful. Would recommend giving them your custom, now the doctors do not offer this service.

Blocked ear kept me up most of the night. Booked in the morning for a pm appointment. Excellent service.

Managed to book same day appointment. Very approachable person which listens to you and try to helps. I have to say I came out as a new person

Fantastic service from Dr Khizza & assistant.
Very friendly & patient.
Great customer service and explanation of full process.
Really pleased with service and outcome. Will definitely recommend to others.

I have been going to the kings Heath branch for a few years now and have always had great professional service to unblock one of my ears. Karim always does a great job and I would never go anywhere else. Desk staff/receptionist is also delightfully courteous without being overwhelming. Premises are spotless just go and see for yourself!

Anisah was super professional in clearing out the ear wax. Would thoroughly recommend

My daughter had years of build up and was complaining of pain and blocked ears. Once she had turned five I booked her appointment as the NHS waiting list was too long, we saw Raf and he was so lovely and kept us both at ease. She was so good and he was great with her. Thank you Raf so much I would definitely recommend anyone to come and see you.

Good customer service nice friendly staff always help me out and always go here for my treatment

After a visit to the Kings Heath clinic, these guys get a big thumbs up from me. From beginning to end the process was smooth. Reminders are sent, communication is great. The staff are polite, informative and reassuring. I wasn't expecting to enjoy having my ear cleaned out, but here we are! I would thoroughly recommend this clinic.
