Friendly & efficient service
Friendly & efficient service with fully programmed new devices and instructions all completed within the hour. Hearing Aids, batteries and service all free on NHS. Would thoroughly recommend.

Hearing Test in Fakenham - really easy to do
Had my hearing test in Fakenham. Really easy destination to get to, plenty of parking and really helpful staff. My audiologist was helpful and very informative. Showed me the app and fitted with hearing aids there and then. Great service all round.

Jessica's Amazing Care

Not responsive to Complaint.
This company also trades as Audiological Science from whom I purchased Widex Hearing Aids a couple of years ago.
The hearing aids developed a fault and I contacted The Hearing People who agreed to send me replacement receivers.
After 11 days, 4 phone calls and a text message I have still not received the receivers.
So much for their lifetime guarantee!
