I have ordered my COC Certificate online and never received it. Email them, but no respond after 1 month. This is absolutely scam website. I have seen the reviews now and they trying to respond in a kind way as they refund money back but i dont think so they do, as they dont even respond for emails.

I ordered a COC in early July for my Land Rover. There was some urgency as we had a moving date. After 20 days I started chasing this. I kept being told that mine was next to be done and would be shipped the next day and take 48 hours. I was told this 4 times iverv10 days. I gave up in the end. Au premier coup d'oeil le document à l'air authentique avec un bel hologramme et le logo du constructeur. Mais la date de production du véhicule, le type constructeur, le carburant, la consommation, l'emplacement de la plaque constructeur, le code moteur, etc... sont faux. Le service client n'a pas répondu à mon mail du 12 juillet leur signalant le problÚme...
Au final ça a trompé le contrÎle technique belge qui a remis le document d'immatriculation. Mais ça reste un faux loin d'être bon marché.

Le COC que vous avez reçu est 100 % authentique, toutes les données saisies dans le COC sont réelles, aprÚs tout, comment le constructeur automobile pourrait-il ne pas savoir ce qu'il a lui-même créé. Je ne pense vraiment pas qu'on puisse "tromper" un ingénieur technique sur un document officiel.
