I ordered a custom-made frame that arrived with staples dangerously sticking out. They injured me when I opened it, and I can’t hang the frame without damaging my wall. The product was not safe or ready to use. When I contacted customer service with photos, their response was dismissive — suggesting I use tools I don’t own to fix the problem, as if this were normal. Poor quality, unsafe products, and terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

The product arrived damaged and poorly made: cracked plastic glass and back of the frame cut very poorly.
I immediately contacted them by email sending photos and they never responded. I emailed again, and again (3 times in total) and no reply. I called their office and I spoke to someone and I was promised that they would contact me, but they did not.
I then asked American Express for a refund which they quickly provided, and then of course after this happened someone called Hannah responded almost two weeks later claiming that 'my email had been captured by the junk filter'. If that was the case they clearly do not use a business email, but a personal one to cut costs as their entire business appears to be geared around cheaply made frames at a high price, and poor customer service.

Don’t shop here - rubbish frames, and they take ages to arrive. No response to emails either, highly likely they’re not even in the UK. My frame finally arrived, but covered in little holes all around the outside.

Poor quality frame that arrived warped. No response to my emails. No one answered the phone. SHOP ELSEWHERE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The frame was made to measure and arrived exactly as per the spec. They could have been clearer on the website about the lead times involved and the not knowing was the worst part. As it turned out, the frame manufacture and delivery was very reasonable and there are no complaints whatsoever from me.

Very disappointed. Frame arrived but not the size I ordered. Went to local framer where I got a much better job with no DIY required with glass not perspex and cheaper. Avoid

I’ve used this company 4 or 5 times now for frames for our new house. Easy website and the frames are great, always correct and look smart. I generally get the black paint flat, the frames are slim and look great as our house is quite modern. The only thing I’d say is delivery is not quick but I’m happy to wait a couple of weeks as appreciate they’re made to measure.

Wrong size of frames sent and, despite calling and emailing, I've had no response to my query about returning and getting a refund.

I was apprehensive after reading these reviews and not receiving a reply to my email query. However, I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of the frame and happy with the frame I received.

That said, the acrylic glass I received has a matte side that becomes clear when close to the artwork. However, due to the distance between the glass and the mount, the glass isn't fully crisp.

I have ordered from EasyFrame in the past and had really good experiences with very quick turn-around (usually made and delivered within just a few days).
I accidently ordered from Easy-Frame on this occasion and it took over 3 weeks for the frame to arrive which is pretty poor given the fact it was a very simple order and only 1 of them.

I tried to cancel after 13 days of waiting having read the terrible reviews and did not get a response. Instead they clearly used this as incentive to start manufacturing the bespoke frame so they didn't have to honour a refund in the 14 day cooling off period.

They eventually dispatched, and the frame quality is ok and as per size requested. However the big problem is that when ordering they give you the option of clear acrylic, or an upgrade to anti-glare acrylic. I upgraded for better quality, but when received the texture of the glazing means that if you use a thick mount or want a spacer between your work and the glass (i.e. oil paintings) it doesn't work as it badly distorts the art. It has to sit very close to the art to work.

I contacted them making them aware of the issue and that this warning wasn't stated on the website, nor were there any details about what anti-glare acrylic product they supply so it could be checked. I asked for a replacement in normal acrylic, or offered to source myself and they could reimburse the difference if that was easier. I have still not had a response to any of my 3 emails to easy-frame and they don;t answer the phone so I have had to order the glazing from elsewhere as I couldn't wait any longer. I will pursue a refund through paypal instead.

The total lack of any customer service means this is one to avoid in my opinion. Go to easyframe instead!

DO NOT BUY wish I had checked out the one stars before buying. Two frames purchased at a cost of £230. Both have warped badly in only 6 months and are awful. Company unhelpful and suggested I put them in a warm room with weights and if that doesn’t work (!!!) they’ll SELL me new outer frame. I seldom give scathing reviews but it is very deserved. I will now pursue a small claims case and cite these other similar reviews. Very poor. If they truly have few problems then when they do they should resolve them satisfactorily. 
I mistakenly checked out the reviews for Easyframe no hyphen when buying!!!!

I mistakenly ordered from easy-frame rather than easyframe (no hyphen), the latter being the online company I normally use for framing. The easy-frame frame I received does not really look like the finish shown on the website and just looks very cheap and poorly finished. Lesson learned and never again.

Terrible service. I have paid for my order but didn’t receive any update about delivery. I have emailed them twice but no response. I have rang them few times already and also no response. Avoid them. I start to feel that’s a scam

Wouldn’t bother with this shop. Confusing measurements for frames and for the price I was expecting glass but instead you get cheap bendy perspective which makes the end result less effective. Wouldn’t shop here again. Rude customer service too.

I recently bought a made-to-measure black and gold frame. The frame itself was beautiful, but the width was about 1cm out. I spoke to Hannah via email, and within two days I had a replacement frame that fits perfectly. Very pleased.

The acrylic front is too tight for the aperture so it catches when you try to put it into the clips - mine cracked as a result. A woman called Hannah (a director of the company) provides 'customer service' only when pushed into it and sends rude, unhelpful emails blaming everyone from their phone company to Parcelforce to the actual customer for anything that might have gone wrong with the transaction. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I would rather pay more for a decent product from a company that values its customers.

Really chuffed with my new frames to display my daughter’s GCSE artwork. Arrived in good time and sizing spot on. They look fab. Thank you

I've used Easy-Frame.co.uk before, but my recent purchase has been disappointing. It took nearly three weeks to arrive and the quality is disappointing; the frame feels very flimsy and is not as nice compared to their competitors of the same name. Annoyingly they don't give you a choice of colour for the mount, they just send a standard cheap white one. Expected better for the price, I'll not be using them again.
