Easy-Frame.co.uk レビュー

My frame is excellent and of very high quality.. I must also say that the customer service I received from Hannah was excellent. Will certainly order from Easy-Frame again.

I ordered a customised size frame and was worried until it had arrived if my measurements were accurate but the frame fits perfectly and looks amazing!

I’ve used EasyFrame before, but my latest purchase experience was just as good as the first one. The frames are incredibly good quality, as in the materials used and the workmanship. I always go for the double mount and they’re always cut neat and tidy. Hannah helped with some amendments to my order, and everything was done smoothly and quickly. Very highly recommended to others. This won’t be the last time I place an order. Thanks!

Ordered two frames and waited 2 weeks for them to be dispatched, even then it was only marked as dispatched after I’d contacted them multiple times. I asked for a refund in the end as I’d waited for long, that was then issued without any apology. AVOID!

Disappointed I'm afraid. I just think if you are going to pay £40 for a frame the joints should be mitred without gaps. I needed it to send a sold painting I didn't have time (another 3 + weeks!) To send it back etc. Will look elsewhere in future.
