I have not received my product as of yet and left messages with Customer Support for the last few days.
They have not called me back. I want my money back.

J'ai reçu exactement ce que j'avais commandé dans les délais promis.

J’ai commandé des produits pharmaceutiques sur le site Easy pharma depuis le mois de juillet que j’ai jamais reçu.
Sur mon espace client, le statut de la commande affiche livré depuis le 6 Septembre.
Malgré ma relance, j’ai reçu aucune réponse de la part de Easy pharma.

Ordered product Sept 6, 2022 and payment was accepted, today is Sept 16, 2022 and when I access their site with my confirmation # it shows that they're still processing my order. I called today and left a voice message and no one returned my call. This was my first time ordering from Easy- Pharma and will probably be my last

The product I ordered came quickly. Smooth transaction.

Payment successfully received with PayPal more than 48 hours, but no item has been shipped

Agent was very helpful and patient and provided good infoll

We are disappointed by Easy Pharma that time. We place the first order on August 16th 2022 and the second order on August 26th 2022. We have no new about the status of this delivery. We need to call Easy to ask the status. Unfortunately Easy Pharma cannot deliver due some of items is out of stock.
As we go back to Paris ( France) on September 06th 2022, we asked these orders should be delivered in france. Carl agreed with this.
If you cannot deliver please let us know and the best way is to reimburse.

I have been using easy lax for constipation for years . It is an effective, gentle product and I am forever grateful for having been introduced to this product by a friend. I take it in the evening and have results the next morning

The reason that i placed my order with your company was i was going to receive my order within 5 days. You have been unable to provide me with a tracking number.

Easy pharma offre un bon service mais je trouve qu'en cette fin août, le service est un peu lent. Ma commande passée a été très vite livrée.

Horrible. I advise Easy-Pharma that I choose Canada Post instead of Purolator because I must drive 19,4 km to get my parcel because I work when they deliver. So they said sorry, they will write a note that it does not happen again. Now they used again Purolator although I sent them the reviews of Purolator (so bad) and there was a note in my file to never send by Purolator. What is the point to order by internet if I must drive and take time from my work?
So they did not respect my demand at all.

can I get a response ??? can I get a refund ??? 3 weeks and order still ‘processing’

I paid expensive fees to receive my product and 2 weeks later it’s still not there

I placed an order 11 days ago (July 27, 2022) money was withrawn from my paypal account, yet my order is still processing. My messages to Easy Pharma are not returned. Besides, I've found the same item at Body Energy Club cheaper for 53%!!! My Easy Pharma order is $75,98 while the same order with Body Energy Club would be $39.98. I am very disappointed.
