Experience très positive. Grand choix de produits et très bons prix. Le site est clair, bien conçu et on peut suivre notre commande du début à la fin, car les informations sont mises à jour constamment. Je ne mets pas cinq étoiles, car j'ai trouvé le temps de traitement de la commande un peu long (4 jours), surtout si on considère que, une fois parti, le colis a pris juste un jour pour arriver.

Je suis très contente de livraison par Purolator - c'été 1 journée. Par contre manqué coordination des informations entre ma commande et message de livraison : pas de nom expéditeur ou # de références ou NIC adéquat pour
identifier les deux. Ça me fait attendre tout la journée, en plus livreur ni sonné à la porte ni téléphoné par cell . J'ai trouvée enveloppe sous ma porte.
Au sujet de produit Genacol en Promo c'est pas si efficace comme GENACOL EN GEL, alors S.V.P. informez-moi quand vous allez l'avoir en stock. Merci .

Today I received the 6 vitamin e cream gels that I ordered on January 5th. After my review on Trustpilot, the company responded immediately and positively. They acknowledged the issues and stated they had various problems over that time frame. They credited my charge card (I had disputed it with my credit card company, but it was reported "solved" within a day or two of my review). The company also sent me free of charge my full order. I am so happy as I would have had to find this item elsewhere as I really wanted it. I increased my rating from 1 to 3 as a result of this action on Easy Pharma's part. However, once bitten, twice shy as I don't like having to go through the hoops I did.

I ordered some vitamin e cream from this company on January 5th. It is February 1st now and I have yet to receive cream or credit from these folks. I have contacted them twice and both times was answered about 4 days later saying they were sorry and the employee handling it was no longer there and my order somehow got lost for a while, and I would be receiving product right away as they had it in stock finally, and that I would be credited also for the problem. NOT. I have since contested the charge with my credit card company. Please be very careful if you choose this company - they will take your money immediately and perhaps not send you anything - even after you contact them. Scam company?
