We are thrilled with our new bathroom. The staff at Easy Bathrooms have been brilliant always very helpful...Darcy who came round to measure and do a plan has been very helpful, thankyou so much Darcy. The bathroom we chose looks fantastic. Easy Bathrooms has been the place to go for my sister, myself/husband and now our daughter! What better recommendation. The selection in the store is huge that you don't need to look elsewhere. Thankyou very much Easy Bathrooms 😃.

I ordered tiles through Easy Bathrooms, Ipswich. The 6 boxes of tiles were delivered on three palettes, all stacked one on top of the other, with the bottom two broken. Clearly the palettes had broken during loading, and instead of checking the order and repacking they just stacked it on palettes until one didn't break. Unsurpisingly 4 of the 6 boxes contained entirely broken tiles, and multiple tiles in the other two boxes were also broken.

I reported this to Easy Bathrooms and not only did they take over a week to arrange a replacement delivery, they also refused to remove the broken tiles and palettes from my property. Furthermore, when fitted my bathroom fitter found (by applying a dark grout) that there were hairline cracks in the glaze of multiple tiles, this is something we are now stuck with as the alternative is tearing out all the tiles and starting again.

In summary, the delivery was woeful, customer services absolutely failed to resolve the situation, and the tiles themselves were faulty.

I had a fantastic experience with Easy Bathrooms, Ipswich. Both Nathan & Richard were incredibly helpful and the process from purchase to installation was seamless. I would highly recommend their products and service.

You have helpful staff and an amazing showroom where we were able to take our time, which is necessary as one gets older.

Purchased a range of bathroom furniture, with a sink and new toilet for rebuilding my bathroom. Visited the Ipswich Branch showroom.
Layout of the showroom is very good, giving you a large selection of options. The Staff are very polite and helpful.
The communication from the company is excellent, so you always know how things are, the delivery service is brilliant and very safe.
Product pricing is very competitive.

Our experience with east bathrooms and in particular Nathan, was nothing but perfect and stress free. The service we got from start to finish was amazing. Good quality goods for a fair price and if you have a problem easy to sort with no stress. Nathan handled our requests and helped with what we wanted with ease. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to make it easy for us to understand. We will definitely be using and buying from easy bathrooms again for our next project. On the day no show after 30mins. Contacted company no records of my booking!
Will not go with this company if step one fails what will ongoing installation communication be like. Efficiency is key.

Haven’t in installed bathroom yet, but the quality looks really good.

Purchased my new bathroom from Easy Bathrooms and already the shower head and thermostat have gone wrong

Products are goods sales service decent although their hands are tied by head office …After service from head office abysmal. Wanted to hold onto our £580 refund as long as possible.! Quoted for 10 shower panels @120 cm width each. Surface to cover 580cm so bit ridiculous …!!! Panels were a discontinued design so I assume they were trying to palm last of stock onto us oap’s….!!!

Happy with the quality of products, the staff were very friendly and helpful, no hesitation in recommending them.

After purchasing a back to wall unit and vanity unit, the poor quality was visible immediately after removing it from the packaging. For ready made cabinets, they are a simple camlock construction and not supported with dowels. There was little rigidity and needed to be secured with screw fixings before installing. Customer service said I should have returned them, with a schedule to keep, this is a very poor attitude to take. The back to wall unit had to be modified, the lower bracket of the cabinet completely obstructs the pan outlet. I had to strip the unit down, move the brace and put back together. Easy bathrooms will not get anymore of my business, due to the poor quality and poor after sales service. They are not prepared to take constructive criticism and act on it.
