In store ordering experience was great and that’s where it ends in terms of positivity.

The colour of the tiles we ordered didn’t match what was delivered. After being out at work all day the fitter had started installing the tiles so we couldn’t intercept.

After contacting the showroom they dropped us like a stone even though one of the team said they’d had a similar issue previously and don’t sell those tiles anymore. Their colleague should’ve been informed of this too.

I have since been playing tennis with the customer services team who are so slow to respond and simply do not care even though the product isn’t even close to what we ordered originally so looks like I’ll be out of pocket to replace their mistake.

Avoid.

Jo James helped us plan our perfect bathroom from start to finish. She was informative and very knowledgeable about your products. She liaised with my builder and was a pleasure to deal with.

I had a very disappointing experience at Easy Bathrooms in Telford, specifically with the branch manager, Jo.

Unfortunately, the level of customer service was far below what I would expect. The tone of voice used throughout the interaction came across as abrupt and dismissive, and the overall manner felt unprofessional. There were also repeated instances of tutting, which made the situation uncomfortable and gave the impression that my enquiry was an inconvenience.

Customer service should be welcoming, respectful, and helpful, but this experience was quite the opposite. I hope this feedback is taken on board and improvements are made, as it should not be the lasting impression of any business.

We took the opportunity to choose our new bathroom suite at the Telford store - during their very reasonable winter sale. We were impressed with the displaying of the products and the quality - that helped us to visualise it in our own home and make our selection. The staff (Matthew) in particular were very helpful without being overbearing and pushy - I knew what I wanted and was advised courteously . Overall I can highly recommend the team at Telford - they even advised on appropriate products to use for cleaning of watermarks due to hardwater and limescale. Thanks to all

The shop was laid out rearly well in bathooms to see what showers, sinks etc looked like.Staff very polite
and helpful especially Jordan.Not rushed into buying could look at lots of different options and get quotes.Price was brilliant and fast delivery.Website easy to use.Highly recomend!

It has been a complicated process over 4 months +....small room ...problem with tile supplier ....change of builders ...etc

From the very first day , Matthew has been patient , so knowledgeable and wise , always cheerful .

Despite all the dramas , I have always had confidence in him getting me through this and with a new Bathroom

Went to visit the showroom after reading so many brilliant reviews and we were not disappointed. Matt, at the Telford branch, was very patient, he listened to our requirements and made suggestions. We "hyjacked" him for a good few hours and he even entertained me creating mood boards with units, flooring, tiles etc from different areas of the showroom - he definitely went above and beyond - we all got our steps in! Absolutely the best service received and now having had our bathroom installed we love it. Thank you so much Matt for your input you made the whole process painless with your experience and knowledge, thank you :-)

Great service and advice really took time to help overall a great experience.

to find this by a very helpful assistant. Beautiful showroom with a huge selection of tiles suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and many applications.

Matt was very friendly and helpful throughout - from my first visit exploring ranges and options, to a return visit to make an order. He made suggestions and offered further options I hadn’t considered, giving me a tailored, personalised service. Easy bathrooms have made my bathroom refit a much more enjoyable decision making process than I had anticipated! Thank you

Jo, Matt, Hayden and Jordon were all brilliant, you can't fault their customer service. They were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Delivery arrived on time, nothing was damaged and the gentlemen even helped me get everything inside. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
