Moja wina – nie przeczytałem opinii przed wynajmem. Firma ECH jest nieuczciwa. Sam proces wydania auta wydawał się profesjonalny, mimo późnej pory i sztucznego oświetlenia. Pracownik skrupulatnie zaznaczał rysy na 2-letnim aucie (ok. 40 tys. przebiegu). Zrobiłem własne zdjęcia, a pracownik potwierdził, że będą one brane pod uwagę w razie sporu.

Przy zwrocie nagle "odnaleziono" dwie mikroskopijne kropki na szybie. W nocy, przy odbiorze, były niemożliwe do zauważenia gołym okiem. Jednak na moich zdjęciach z dnia odbioru (robionych dobrym aparatem) widać wyraźnie, że te uszkodzenia już tam były! Pracownik odmówił konfrontacji zdjęć na miejscu, twierdząc, że to sprawa dla biura.

Firma zastosowała perfidną taktykę: najpierw zwróciła depozyt (co sugerowało akceptację moich dowodów), a po kilku dniach bezprawnie pobrała pełną kwotę za "naprawę" (305 EUR) bezpośrednio z karty. Ignorują maile, wysyłają tylko automatyczne potwierdzenia. To zwykłe wyłudzenie i "chowanie głowy w piasek". Takie metody noszą znamiona przestępstwa. Ostrzegam wszystkich – te "kropki" to ich stały sposób na dodatkowy zarobek, co widać też w innych opiniach. Plac pełen nieużywanych aut poza sezonem powinien być dla mnie sygnałem ostrzegawczym. Zdecydowanie odradzam!

La chica que te atiende te dice que la fianza te la devuelven 7 días después, y no es así, porque he reclamado y me han respondido por email que demoran un máximo de 30 días para desbloquear ese dinero. Para cobrar son muy rápidos, pero para devolver NO.

Y la ha llamado y ahora me dice que son 10 días (sin contar sábado y domingo). Cuando el día de la entrega del coche me.dijo 7 días.

Es decir te dicen una cosa que no es verdad. No me parece bien.

Worst car rental experience in 20+ years.

We arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and our prepaid reservation had been canceled. The receptionist (showing no empathy whatsoever) made us pay for a new reservation that was 1.5 times more expensive for a lower-category vehicle, even though the car we had already paid for was, of course, still on the lot. Our original reservation was not refunded.

Very bad experience,

The person behind the counter was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly.

As their was something wrong with the card of the driver the passenger wanted to give the correct payment card. She refused and forced to rebook adding extra costs.

Car was very dirty on the outside, it was not cleaned at all. we received an extremely old and dirty baby seat at the counter as they forgot we booked it.

As we arrived at the airport there was a small dent in the door. The person who controlled car ( very friendly person ). even mentioned not to worry as we had the insurance.

One day later we got a mail that they are charging 290euros for the small dent.

They are doing their best to scam their own customers. I suggest you book with another agency, I'm never booking with them again.

Esperienza pessima .
Mi hanno detto che nonostante avessi pagato già l’auto era opportuno fare una assicurazione aggiuntiva di 122 euro .
Una cosa molto spiacevole! In pratica loro sembrano gentili e poi ti infilano questa assicurazione aggiuntiva.
L’auto che mi hanno dato non corrispondeva a quella sul sito .
Non riprenderò più l’auto lì !!

Avoid at all costs. We arrived on Friday 10th April, the day the new passport ESS came into effect and were later than expected. We called while in the passport control queue to advise we would be later and was assured it was fine. We were met by the most unhelpful staff member who point blank refused to help us. She just said our booking had expired and there was nothing she could do. No empathy for our situation that was no fault of our own.

Cancelled our prepaid car hire booking via AutoEurope as we arrived more than 2hrs later than the time stated on the form (this was because of passport control queues over which we had no control). Then offered us a smaller car at double the cost and deposit etc. We booked with a reputable company instead. Avoid.

Nefasta experiencia. Para denunciar!
Nos cancelaron la reserva ( realizada con intermediarios) por retraso del vuelo más de 2hrs. A pesar de haber escrito mail con más de 72hrs al intermediario e ir presencialmente otro familiar a su empresa ECH a avisar para que no cancelaran la reserva.
Acabamos queriendo llamar a la policía y cuando quisimos poner una reclamación nos negaron la hoja de reclamaciones, solo una hoja en blanco y un bolígrafo

Nachdem ich die mir angebotene Versicherung beim abholen abgelehnt hatte uwrde mir beim abgeben des Wagens Scheinschäden aufgezeigt und wie kurrios ist die geforderte Summe der Selbstbetrag plus die Versicherungsprämie genau 225€. Nie wieder bei diesem Vermieter!

Mi è stata cotestata la sottrazione del Kit di riparazione gomme (bomboletta) pur non avendo avuto la necessità di utilizzarlo durante il mio soggiorno con un addebbito di € 70.
La macchina era pessimamente manutenuta: superando i 100 km/h era inguidabile per via della forte vibrazione dello sterzo.
Ciò ha causato un ritardo del mio arrivo previsto nel luogo di arrivo nonché l'anticipo della partenza per via della limitazione della velocità forzata.

macchina riconseganta con due miniscuole righe sul corpiruota che sicuramente c'erano gia ma talemente piccole che non state identificate. una volta vista le righe senza dire niente verificano nell'ufficio se si ha l'assicurazione con loro o no. in caso contrario , come il mio, procedono alla fatturazione di 90 euro. i clienti prima di me e quelli dopo hanno avuto lo stesso problema, sempre per righe minuscole sui copriruota.

Absolute Abzocke und familienunfreundlich – Vorsicht vor dieser Masche!
Wir sind fassungslos über die Geschäftspraktiken dieser Vermietung. Unser Flug nach Sizilien hatte 3 Stunden Verspätung – ein Umstand, auf den wir als Reisende keinerlei Einfluss haben. Obwohl wir rechtzeitig landen wollten, wurde unser Auto nach einer „Toleranzgrenze“ von nur 2 Stunden einfach weitergegeben.
Das Ergebnis? Wir standen mit unseren Kindern am Flughafen und uns wurde eiskalt mitgeteilt, dass wir für ein neues Fahrzeug nun 300 % mehr zahlen müssen. Das Unternehmen nutzt die Notsituation von Familien schamlos aus, die darauf angewiesen sind, vom Flughafen wegzukommen.
Es gibt keinerlei Kulanz oder Verständnis für Flugverspätungen, die völlig normal zum Reisealltag gehören. Hier zählt nur der maximale Profit auf Kosten der Kunden.
Fazit: Wer seinen Urlaub nicht mit Frust und einer massiven finanziellen Abzocke beginnen möchte, sollte diesen Anbieter unbedingt meiden! Geht lieber zu einer seriösen Vermietung, die ihre Kunden nicht wie Bittsteller behandelt.

Altra società non accettava la mia carta di credito. Da easy car funzionante a primo colpo e trattato bene dall impiegato proprio in un momento di difficoltà. Grazie

We ordered a car with this company in Italy. They were unbelievable rude when we wanted to pick up the car, talked down to us, and refused to give us our car, unless we paid 108 euros extra for insurance. On top of that, they don’t take visa debit cards, unless you pay that extra insurance. It’s a compete scam of a company, and we are starting a case against them to get our money back. They told us to go try our luck with another company, because none takes debit.

We then went to the airport, got a car for the same price with Europcar, and paid with our visa debit card.

Whatever you do, avoid this company at all costs. It’s a compete scam!

They also tried to charge us a 10 euro a day fee, to visit the mountains. Europcar did not.

Also it’s super far from the airport, which they don’t advertise, they say in the airport.

Při vyzvedávání vozidla, objednávka B34972629 , nás autopůjčovna ECH doslova okradla o cca 4000 Kč. V lednu jsem objednával na březen vozidlo přes vaší společnost ekonomybookings.com. Jednalo se o vozidlo zn. fabia V celkové hodnotě 7910 Kč. Přes účet jsem zaplatil v lednu zálohu 2000 Kč, dále jsem na místě měl doplatit něco přes 5500 Kč. K tomu jsem si ještě zaplatil pojištění vozidla v hodnotě 51 €. Při vyzvedávání vozu jsem místo plánovaných 5500 Kč jako doplatek, musel doplatit z nějakých nevysvětlitelných důvodu místo 7910kč o 4000 kč víc. Tedy něco přes 12000kč. Jediný důvod který uvedli je, že moje Visa karta je debetní. Jiný vysvětlení neměli. Když jsem chtěl doplatit v hotovosti tak to taky nešlo. Nevím jestli je chyba u firmy ECH, nebo u Economybookings. com. Každopádně jsem konečný zákazník, který zaplatil o cca 4000 víc., než jsem měl. Samozřejmě že jsem žádnou Fabii nedostal ale úplně jiné auto, které bylo odřené ze všech stran. Ale to by mi tak nevadilo jako to, že mě okradli při doplacení vozu. Takže si dejte pozor na tuto společnost. Při objednávání auta se tváří jako nejlevnější varianta, nakonec zaplatí to mnohem víc. Taková je moje zkušenost. Jsou to zloději, zloději, zloději. Ještě bych chtěl podotknout, že se mi paní která nás obsluhovala nevěnovala a mezitím řešila jiné zákazníky po telefonu. To jsem taky úplně nepochopil. Prostě arogance neskutečná. Již jsem si vozy půjčoval na jiných destinacích, ostrovech a nikdy nebyl s mojí kartou problém a vždy jsem doplatil to co jsem měl. Například jsem neměl jediný problém u společnosti GOLDCAR. Takže za mě společnost ECH zloději zlodějský. Dejte si na ně pozor!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not rent a car from them!They charge you if you arrive by teain ibstaed of plane with fakse charges. They have scratched up danaged dirty cars you have to video as eviddbce and do not provide contracted car They are unprofessional con artists.

On collection of car the operator missed many scratches and also a broken aerial
On return I was given the all clear no damage.
Today I received a bill for smoking in the car they provide no evidence but now I've refuted their claim they are badgering me they will not accept I had a witness to their agent saying all good. And keep claiming I was told of fine.
I thought it strange they would not give or let me copy there inspection report.
